I got one of these as well. I can tell anyone who’s considering it to consider a few things. Be prepared to A. Loosen the pivot (you’ll need 2 T8 bits to do so) B oil the hell out of it and C. Spend a couple days flicking it open and closed to wear it in. The first day the knife was crunchy as all get out. But now a week later it glides open with the flipper, thumb stud,, reverse flick and axis lock deployment. I almost threw it in the trash but after messing with it it works respectably. Good luck.

Got one today. Its the sleeper of the season. Its like ozark/wallyworld listened to the reviews about last years hot one and said, "ok lets do everything people suggested."
That's a lot of knife for $5. Thanks for sharing. I am on their website now. They have a 3 pack with a drop point, a tanto and an axis lock. Also included is a set of torx bits.
I do like spear point blade on it.

The blue crossbar knife is fantastic. The black tanto has bearings.
Didn't see them at my local Walmart
Got mine today, no issues at all with it. Nylon bushings just need a little break in, and the pivot screw was way too tight. I bought the other axis lock, blue pivot model, and the red liner lock model that kind of looks like a CRKT M16. This one here most closely resembles the green one from last year though. The weight reduction doesnt cheapen the feel of it either. All good value knives. 3 of them for the price of a #1 meal at mcdonalds!!!

Looks pretty cool actually, now if I can find em! That’s the trick, people snatch em up with the quickness.
I actually just went and got 2 of em! The display must have just been put out and was fully stocked. There were several new styles, probably 7 or 8. Only 2 were axis lock and I grabbed 2 of each! Definitely cool for the price! Hope you all find some!

Well made knives, relatively softer steel but that's what knife sharpeners are for. Invest in a fine grain flat diamond or ceramic rod sharpener and you are good to go.
I own a few of these. They all needed some adjustment and the really bad ones needed filing.

I measured the thickness against my CRKT M16-04Z and it's about 1.5 MM thinner. I got one just so I wouldn't beat up the knife my friend gave me at work. For $6.45, I've had a lot worse $20-$45 knives.

I was in light infantry did detatched duty with RMP royal military police and 20yrs officer instructor max security prison service some private security stuff for billionair and ran security team in UK harbour & some private investigator work for couple of years and building work working for myself , oh and made beef jerky in oklahoma for couple of years lol , done other stuff inbetween all that inc cleaning toilets and bus driver electrical engineer fork lift driver and more lol,,,, I have had an interesting work life :-) ......Have a good one buddy
@JollyPeanut that's cool very interesting same with me I'm a jack of all trades master at none! Lol I've done some farm work but mostly I call myself a concrete guy in a welder welding is what I like the most the concrete was what I first got into it 14 years old digging beams and yeah I cleaned some toilets in my day too! 🤣 never really thought of myself is too good to do anything but there's some things I'd rather not do. I enjoyed farm work plowing baleen cutting hay but there's just no money in it it's fun I've shot many coyotes from a tractor. Seen many deer. They're just not scared of it. Anyway that's interesting oh yeah I forgot about 2 years in the US Navy active duty I didn't do the reserves very long. You have a good one too! I'm trying to beat strep throat right now! 🙏🏻🙂
I bought that 5$ knife.
Its light, its flimsy, it feels like a 5$ knife.
My opinion, its crap.
$6.99 at Chicago Knife Works will get you a really nice folding knife made by IMPERIAL.
The Imperial is a LOT better....A L O T B E T T E R .
Get the large Sodbuster or the stockman or a trapper. any of them are better than this "axis lock".
Or, you do you, spend your money however you choose, it is yours after all.
