@@Maskden4107 he's main villain in first Season, Paine was government agent and friend of main hero's father before he betrayed him, Axel - main hero considered him responsible for his father death, Paine's power is similar to Baron strucker's from Avengers EMH but he can only temporarily transmit pain to victim by touch, he's also quite agile and fast for buff guy and he's voiced by Clancy Brown
