    Hello Skyfirelaser,
    I am facing a serious issue with my 30W fiber laser, which is still under warranty. The problem is that the laser has lost all power and no longer engraves. I purchased it from Vevor, but they have not provided any solution despite over a month of communication. They now reply only with vague messages like, "We are sorry, but we still don’t have a solution from the team handling this issue."
    Do you have any advice or suggestions on how I might resolve this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
