Some of my cameras I set them up put the card in them, new batteries and they show on but when I come back a couple days later to check them they are not on and no pics. Any ideas?
This is my first try as an old man (77) trying to operate one of these game cameras and Most of these videos are out of focus on setting up the wildgame camera or it's hard to tell how the switch is made from video to photo because the video operator has his big fingers in the way when he is pushing the buttons or the camera is tilted which glare from the video camera blocks out the LED on the game camera. Anyone had this problem?. Someone made a comment about using the + or - button, but that does not work on the brand new camera I purchased in the past week. I may have bought a dud from Walmart.

Lonnie Clemens only thing you’ll learn buying from them is there cams don’t work out if the box and they will not return your calls or your emails to try and help you I would not buy from them if I was you unless you just like buying junk
Does this trail cam have stealth capabilities at night or can the led's be seen when it takes a picture or video? I hunt state land and don't want it stolen.
This camera does not have the blackout LEDs but the camera in my description does. I have another Wild Game camera with the invisible flash and it works great. I would for sure buy that one for public land use.
When I hunt public land and use cameras I put the camera on a limb high up facing down to the deer trail or wherever I want it to take pics. I use screw in steps to get up to where I want to hang the camera.
I have one just like this and it is black. For some reason i do not think it is taking pictures when it is set up. The light will flash red but the trail camera shuts off, it will stop flashing red . ill wait like an hour and walk out infront of it and it wont flash red. Ive done everything you did when setting it up.
You might want to take the batteries out of it and retry it. When closing the unit after setup don't press the power button. It will turn off and not take pictures. I have done that before. If that doesn't work you might want to contact the manufacturer, and see if they will swap it out for you.
I had to return mine to Walmart due to issues with camera, it came up whenever she wants, eat the batteries up in 1 month, I didn't really like it. Sorry.

Any idea why mine says error when I plug the sd into it
I just got mine, I put the batteries and 64GB SD card in it. But when I turn it on it gives me a Err blinking message. Any ideas?
Mine did the same thing ,I was using a micro sd card, once i put a regular sd card in it worked great . I hope this helps.
To large of an SD card try an 8GB card.
Only holds up to 32 gb
Can you set the picture intervals? ie 1min, 3min, 5min

Your video was easy to understand. I cannot get navigation screen to come up.
Try making sure the batteries are in the right orientation. That can make the camera not turn on if it is like that.

so you are saying after i set it up and put it on the tree do not press the power button again to check the pictures or anything because it will stop?
so i should set it up first before i put the sd card in?

Mine says it has 16 pics..when I put the card in the computer..it says "no immages found"
Cant set pic intervals either..
Format the SD card. This cam doesn't have programable intervals.

Sorry to hear it. You might have gotten a defective camera. My battery life is great on mine.
