I had also missed Athol's interview the first time around. It's so heartwarming to hear him speak of Judith's place in the lives of the boys and the popularity of the group through the years. It was a spectacular ride, unlike any I've ever participated in before. Thank you for putting these memories together with Athol's interview, Rich. Greatly appreciated by so many of us 60's "kids." ♥

Their music is timeless it’s going to be with us forever, my grand children like it a lot two girls 16 and 18. Athol was wrong about one thing. It was the other two groups who were in elite company of the Seekers.🇺🇸

Have always loved the Seekers
What can you say? The Seekers were special, iconic, genuine…so much talent. Judith was amazing. Can still hear her singing in my head, and she was beloved by millions, as was the whole band.
Still listen to the best music of the group. Keep going strong.
The first music I had ever listened to that I can remember. The Carnival is Over. I still just love it so much. RIP Judith 🙏

Athol always took care of Judith. You can see it in their early TV appearances, he was the big brother. He still is. It's just lovely.

Thanks Rich. The Seekers are the greatest Australian group of all time. They have been and continue to be a big part of my life, I was there right from the beginning and knew Judith when I was 6 and she was 16. I am now 70. Their music is timeless. Miss Judith very much ❤❤❤

She and I celebrted the same birthday (both 79 y/o) and I loved her since we were 18 y/o. I really miss her and I can't help but cry when I see her most nights on TH-cam... especially when she sings THE CARNIVAL IS OVER. She was my second sweetheart (and my wife doesn't mind me saying so). God bless Judith!

I ❤ watching ¨reaction¨ videos to The Seekers, esp ¨I Am Australian¨; it wows just about everyone who listens to it, and brings a couple to tears. I live in the US (Ohio), and the closest I have ever been to Australia is the State of California, but by the final chorus I am singing along...
