    Packaging?? No official box? just a slightly damaged shipping package that could cause dmage to parts? Didn't see a canopy in the open box you got.

    Curious, if there is a set screw on top of the boom, how do you tighten the belt? Do you pull on the tail case or pull on the boom?

    • @HelidirectRC
      @HelidirectRC  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You pull the whole tail boom after loosening the three screws that clamp and lock the boom in.

    I have the V1, If I upgrade the tail belt to 8mm do I still use the same auto gear or is there another one that is wider? The 8mm belt seem to sit in it pretty snug without any vertical play.

      Not entirely sure. That might be a question for Keith Williams or Ra on Facebook

    Hi,
    I have two issues.
    1) I'm trying to find the best way to get the canopy to fit with the battery ESC wires. It's an extremely tight fit and i really have to put alot of pressure and squeeze everything to get the canopy on. This is with the battery wires in the front of the machine. I could try to move the battery wires in the middle of the machine but don't know if ESC wires will fit.
    2) I'm getting about 2mm of play from the tail blade holder. The holders themselves are tight and don't move when i pull up from the top but this is side to side play. Don't know if this is normal dampening or something else. Don't think adding a shim between the tail hub and blade grip will help as there is no play there.
    Please Help! Thanks!

      As far as the battery leads you might have to throughly the hole in your battery tray, and as far as the tail is concerned, if you assembled the tail right It should be ok with a little play. The bearings need to be seated during the first few flights.

    Have you built or flown a RAW? If so, I would like to hear your opinion. I own a RAW and trying to decide on another RAW or XLV2

      I have built, flown, and owned both. Both are amazing kits. You won’t be disappointed with either. V2 feels locked in, however the raw is just FUN! Both are amazing!

    I do not and will not ever trust those spring loaded locks for the battery trays. Just an incident waiting to happen.

      Well I would suggest red locktite on the locking pin.
