Tigercat LH845C harvester with telescopic boom in a steep slope clear fell application in Scotland with some blow down timber. down load from www.tigercat.com .
well some of those looked smaller than 3 inchs and theres nothing less the 3 inch in diameter unless its different everywhere but i got some bucking specs and it says nothing under 3 for pulp
@geker24 Different machine, different type of machine & different place. To see the source of my videos look at the video description just under the video.
A great combo - great machine and extremely capable operator.
Joy to watch. Thank you.

So much for the chain saw & wedges.
@flanksteak2 Most likely they are used for pulp & paper.
Great machine. Where in Scotland is this?
ive never understood why they cut them up so short, why dont they just load them tree length?
exactly me either we haul them tree length in america lol some cut ups for logs but every thing else is tree length
What length are you cutting them at? We do mostly tree length here in North Carolina.
What are those toothpicks used for after you harvest them?
@jflandrvr00 It all depends what the mill wants. If it is for paper they are more likely to be cut up.
