That's a beautiful house! Does it bother agents if people come to open houses for fun (like if it's clearly out of their price range)?
Hey! It doesn’t bother me at all. I think it’s expected. It’s the perfect time to window shop and they become great leads/prospects. Even though they may not be able to afford it now, they could in the future or they could be able to afford something else and I can be there agent so I want any and everyone to show up.
