hello randy, I just wanted to offer u a suggestion if ur coming to New south Wales at lone star rib house in NSW on the menu its called the TEXAS RIB RANGER. It's not exactly a food challenge however it is made for a meal for 2 people. its got a full rack of pork ribs, 3 big beef ribs, cold slaw and fries. its not exactly a food challenge so it costs $85 AUD but its a meal designed for 2 people, however its alot of food and its really super delicious. i highly recommend it (ive never been able to get close to finishing it) also thanksies for the videos i love ur content and i hope ur enjoying ur time in australia :3
That restaurant needs a makeover. The flloor tiles need to be changed, the gates should come off the windows, maybe add some texture to the walls so its not so echo-y What a weird restaurant!

I literally torture myself watching your videos once I get back from the gym + being in a caloric deficit. I was at 260lbs currently at 245lbs in 1 month and a half. Strength training + high protein diet is key. Also staying consistent at the gym 🏋🏻♀️
