Won't it be better to give choi the "One hit One Kill" set as his basic skills required his ultimate to reach full potential and It also complements to his lack ultimate damage which would be good to pair to Byun with the "Power gauge regeneration" set. Though you'll lose some attacks but it would be more viable given that every rotation you'll get your ultimate up again.
yeah I think it could be the better gear set now you've brought it up as yeah you'll be able to reset your cooldowns more often as well as getting a higher attack buff but just not for a permanent duration, so yeah I think it could be the better gear set for sure

Whats the difference with ultimate skill closedown and acquaintance rate? And how does it work? Like which one is better and how does both help with ult? Aint having a lower cd mean ult will be up faster? And having higher energy recharger mean ult up faster too?
There’s a skill cooldown and a power gauge. Sometimes your skill can be on cooldown but the gauge is full meaning u can use it as soon as the cooldown is up, and sometimes your cooldown is done but your power gauge isn’t full so you can’t use it.
yeah they work in similar ways as you are correct they both technically get your ultimate faster, but the difference is that on some characters it will be better to have a reduced ult cooldown as they might be a character that generates their ult fast enough as it is so for example Seo Jiwoo gets her ult charge fast, but is then limited by the 45 second cooldown, so reducing that cooldown with the gear set would benefit her a lot more than making it actually charge faster. So in short the Acquisition Rate gear set is better for characters that won't spend a lot of time on the field, and then the Ultimate Cooldown Reduction Gear set is better for characters who do spend a lot of time on the field as they're more likely to gain more ult charge as you'll be using their skills much more. yes you can but for most characters it's best to go for the 4 set bonuses as you generally get more total power that way but I think for characters like Seo Jiwoo you can use two different 2 set bonuses for better damage.
Hi! Sorry for the question but what is better, a epic gear with lower level or a rare with higher level? Asking for dont waste stuff in the epic gear when maybe the rare its better
it really does depend on what weapons you are using on him as for example if you are using the huntsman you'll want to run the basic and core attack gear set, so if I cover it it'll have to be it's own separate video.

Can you use 2 piece set from 2 different gear sets or is it better to use 1 4 piece gear set
It depends, but generally speaking the full set is way better
