Theoretically you can get it within less than 10 minutes, if you have a private server with 20 people ready to join for the Hamon part, and 15 of them stay afterwards and have a jojo bloodline stand. This is also if they all group up with 0 vitality.
if it is allowed to start with a headband u prob can get in less than 5 minutes gather 20 ppl both with joestar stand and Jonathan/joseph hamon make them all stand in the quest giver spot once getting the quest use an ability that has no limit of player that it can hit and also do a lot of damage (haymaker is perfect for it, not tested correctly if resetting character after one hit counts + it might glitch the count nad some kills might not register in the quest, so u either keep trying until it et the 19 kills at once or use jawbreaker and haymaker in two groups of ppl to avoid glitch) once the 19 ppl get killed one will need to leave the server for the 20th kill to enter so this might be the part where determine the timer since ppl can struggle with Roblox server issues, pc peformance, spawn location (this one can be controlled by having a prestige 0 with the hamon, cuz the spawn will be always on the garage) and internet connection, it better to the 20th be on the line to join the server so it will avoid the start up of the roblox to join the game meanwhile the tw get the last kill for hamon the others need to go to the quest giver again (no need cuz only the the world need to be there for the quests, but it avoid the climbing part twice for the quests) if not allowed to start with the headband, it becomes another thing that determines the time, grabbing i high damage dealing stand like the hand and cream can be the best option, u can also get someone to help u once u get 51% of his hp cuz the kill will count towards u, but might be worse than going alone cuz he will need to run and tp and positionate with the others, after grabbing the headband just switch to tw and go to the quest give (don't bother putting points cuz u not gonna use the stand, you will use the spec for the damage)
I do the quest with my alts and I can get it done in around 20 minutes for the first quest and 15 for the second. If your anybody is planning on grinding this for skins I'd highly recommend get some alts with hamon and cd.

@gamingbasilisk I do other stuff aside from Yba and have taken numerous breaks. Some attempts were slower than others tho. My first obv being my slowest, some taking around a week, and my fastest being 3 days which couldve been 2 days but Dio held bone for 5 hours. Also my last few attempts were slower since rust and i played less.
@@xooks3050 i got v3 in 6 attempts and when i actually tried i pushed out 1 attempt in a day. With white album pluck before the sbr rework i got 10 kills per round on average for the last 1 or 2 attempts, that was the fastest i got
