Sir how to treat immidiate allergic reaction caused by cns depressant drugs like chlorzoxazone,tizanidine,thiocolchicoside,tramadol,dicyclomine,clonazepam,drotaverine etc....is it appropriate to use injectable first generation antihistamines like avil,chlorpheniramine in such scenario despite interactions like cns & rs depression? Especially in elderly and debilited populations?
