@@adamgroth1980 I took it apart and noticed that the buddy I got it from must have rigged it so the trip sensor was not working. So with that being said, the only thing I can think of is the wind that's coming in from the windows won't let the pilot light stay lit.
I was more asking if you figured out an adapter for the cup holder to keep it more stable. Sounds like no though if you are still using zip ties or bungies. I have a similar problem in my rzr that I am trying to address.
@adamgroth1980 no adapter cups that I have found, plus with how heavy that thing is it pulls my cup holders out when it tips over. That's the reason for the bungees
Pilot It won’t stay in that one it has a sensor that if it moves will turn off for safety BUT the other one golf cart one pilot will stay just fine . I have both Mr heat the one you have and I got another one for a golf cart last week way better stays on unless falls down
I received this one used. Did some research and took it apart to find the tip switch already bypassed. So it will stay lit laying on its side. I believe it was the way the air flow in the cab was making the pilot go out.
Did you figure out a solution to the tipping? Looking at solutions for keeping it more stable than that.

But just for plowing purposes, it will stay lit and I just wrap a few bungee cords around the propane tank to the passenger hand grip

Bypass the trip sensor it’ll stay on
Put it in hot water to get the adapter off
