- A&Z #912 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Buffalo Bell's Food Challenge with a buffalo burger, chicken wings, and a shrimp seafood boil at Buffalo Bell in Longview, Texas!! After attempting the Atomic Wing Challenge at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Arlington, Texas, I traveled to Longview, Texas so I could be the first person to attempt and help kick off the new 6.5 Buffalo Burger, Wings, & Shrimp Seafood Boil Challenge at Buffalo Bell which is so delicious!! I had 1 hour to finish one of their buffalo (bison) burgers served with 12 buffalo hot wings, fried chicken tenders, a shrimp seafood boil, a fried catfish & seafood platter, and 1lb of crinkle cut fries. I was trying to become the first to win my $80 meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on Buffalo Bell's Wall of Fame. Thanks to everyone with Buffalo Bell for the delicious food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to everybody who came to watch and meet me that October evening!! I appreciate everyone in the Longview, TX area and throughout Texas who watches videos and regularly supports our hard efforts!!

Buffalo Bell's 6.5lb Buffalo Burger, Wings, & Shrimp Seafood Boil Challenge in Longview, TX ($80):
- Buffalo Bell is a family owned business. They have been in the food industry for over 15 years. This is their first restaurant. They decided to open a restaurant at their location because they like the Longview area. They have worked very hard to bring Longview a place where everyone could come and enjoy some tasty food, beers, and sports.
- Buffalo Bell is well known for their tasty wings, burgers, & seafood. This challenge includes all 3!!
- There is a shrimp seafood boil topped with a garlic sauce, plus 1lb of crinkle cut French fries.
- There is a fried seafood platter with fried catfish filets, fried oysters, hush puppies, and more.
- There are some fried chicken tenders plus 12 buffalo chicken wings (your choice of sauce).
- There is a Buffalo Burger (bison) topped with veggies and "Boom Sauce" and it is delicious!!
- There is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything. The "Love Street" beers I drank were optional.
- Winners receive the $80 meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on Buffalo Bell's Wall of Fame!!

posting before I watch... this is one of the most interesting and diverse food challenges I've seen. Not big on bone-in but if they had an all-boneless option, I'd be happy with that... and all of the fish looks absolutely mouth watering.

Humans are omnivores. Many people live healthy lives on exclusive meat/vegetable/fruit/fish diets. This man stowing away all this food is living proof that we are NOT frugivores, or he would've thrown that shit all back up.
Cooked food can be toxic, but only rarely is when it wasn't already toxic before it was cooked. Reliable data shows that our lifespans increased drastically once we started cooking our food.
Not only is cooked food more nutritious (usually), it's also (usually) safer to consume due to the heat killing pathogens.

I have family in three different continents other than the one I live in, and at least one of each of those sections of the family has gotten ill in a way they never had been before. One might argue the pandemic is overblown, or even orchestrated, but it is definitely real.
