Hey girl! I work at Pandora and we replace charms that break, also it is a real pearl so you should really take it in!! Also, that chain is a safety chain so it should connect at either end of the bracelet so your charms don't fall off. And then those clips are meant to go on those two little screws/grooves on the bracelet and it actually keeps your bracelet from bending and the charms to stay in certain sections of the bracelet. Just some friendly tips, great collection. Love the inner radiance charm 😘
uronlyrabiax3 you shouldn't get your bracelet wet! 😰 and you should clean it with a soft cloth that you would also use to clean glasses😊
uronlyrabiax3 Nope! The bracelets are made of 925 sterling silver so they shouldn't tarnish. But if they do bring it in to any Pandora location and they do a complimentary cleaning. They also sell polishing cloths for $5. Also, the more you wear it the less it will oxidize (get darker). If you never wear it and leave it in a box they get black! xoxo
Stephanie Breanna Hey! I have the black leather one too, love it! I personally wouldn't recommend taking any of the bracelets into the shower because it will cause the sterling silver to tarnish!
Stephanie Breanna , girl, never shower with your leather! Water will cause the leather to lose colour, to stretch or fray, and it'll just ruin the bracelet. You can use a leather conditioner to keep yours in shape. :) Some people do wash with their silver bracelets , but never do that if you have pearls, and also enamel (I think), because those can become ruined with the skin products.
So showering with your silver bracelet ruins it? Really? Wow, I never take mine off...

the safety connector is actually called a safety chain! put it at the beginning and end of your bracelet, it stops the charms from spinning off you bracelet. i used to work at a pandora and i always recommended safety chains to my customers who had full bracelets! and if you have any charms that break, like your charm with the pearl that fell out, you can take it into the pandora store and they'll send it in to be replaced-no charge! :)

The pearl one is called Everlasting grace. It just came out in the winter collection, I work at pandora and all things have a year warranty so if you take it to a pandora store they will replace that charm for free.

Loved this video! I love pandora bracelets so much, and I have one thats almost full. My ex-boyfriend gave it to me and gave me most of the charms as well, but I love the bracelet so much I don't want to stop wearing it or take those charms off. I don't know if that's weird.. makes me think of him but it's such a nice gift I wouldn't want to just stop wearing it..

Love all your charms and you have so many! I've just started my first not long ago and I've probably filled the middle section. Being an "April baby", diamond is my birthstone and Pandora only has a few charms that have diamonds on them (and they're VERY expensive minus a couple that have a super tiny diamond on sterling silver)! Anyway, what you mostly have are likely cubic zirconia. They're very popular on Pandora charms and a more affordable way to get a "diamond" look.

This video is really old now, but I wanted to give you some tips to take into account in your future purchases.
The bracelets should not be able to go all the way down your arm, they're meant to sit a few inches down from your wrist.
The chain connector is actually a safety chain. It connects to both ends of your bracelet, to protect it.

Hello. I loved your video. I love Pandora and stocked up on many charms (over 16) and now I wear minimalistic designs. Is there anyway I can use the charms I don’t wear regularly. You can take the damaged charm to a pandora store! To ask because they have some kind of guarantee they do take couple months to gove you a new one but try it theres nothing to loose
