Hi! Does anyone know where there are CHEAP SOUVENIRS near the cruise ships terminal port? Are souvenirs like postcards, magnets, stickers, keychains for 1 euro in Greece? If not, then how much are they? Are other items like charm pendants for 1 euro? What about the cost of cheap statues of famous landmarks? What about pins and their cost? Are there cheap coin purses or deck of cards? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks for you help.
Im in athens right now and the post cards are between 1.5 to 0.3 Euro from what i saw and the key chains are from 1 to 3 Euro usually
@@thotslayer1080 Sounds good. Thanks. We are going in May 2023. It looks like we can go to Monastiraki Market briefly. Are prices cheap over there? We are hoping that the cruise ship will allow us to leave the group at the Acropolis museum (where tour ends) and go from Acropolis Metro station and get to the Monastiraki Metro to do our shopping and then take the Monastiraki back to the Piraeus Port. There is a small window, but it won't allow us to get back to the ship 2 hours before departing the city but maybe 1 hour before departure. We are concerned NCL cruises won't like that.
We have a tour that starts at 8:45am that is 3 1/2 hours and ends at the Acropolis Museum. That means around 12:15 or earlier if we skip some of the museum. It will take about 15 minutes to get to Monastiraki Metro. We should be able to leave by 1:00 if we leave the tour early and get to the Hard Rock Cafe and see a few places at the Monastiraki Flea Market and Square. We should get the Piraeus Metro Staation by 1:30pm. We just hope the NCL ship staff is ok with that and we'd like to try that and should make it around 1 hour before departure give or take 10 minutes even if things go wrong as long as we leave Monastiraki Metro Station by 1pm. We can always take a taxi if we are desperate.Thanks again for your help.
@@figureskating2724 the prices are okay food is cheaper then where i live (israel , its like half the price) and the souvenirs range in prices but are not really expensive unless you get something big
