I think it would be really cool if you made a backstory where the town is helping to train the next group of idols or something like that, so you could add a large stage/stadium to the town for performances. You could also add a room for dance training and singing. The idols in training could live in one of the apartments, and have a musical theme to the apartment or you could add a dormitory for them. Keep up the good work, the town is looking really nice so far!

Second idea, for the apartments, you can make the top floor a penthouse. A young actor came to lavender lane to chase their dreams of becoming famous!
