honestly had a pretty bad game. especially defensively. stats would say otherwise other than knocking down his first 5 3s, and be honest that’s not part of his game you can consistently count on he really didn’t effect the game much. idk why but refs refused to call fouls on him, could have had 3 easily in the first couple minutes of the game. after fsu stopped playing the screens so soft he really couldn’t figure out a way to attack on offense . he wasn’t going to be able to finish at the rim with much success against kapengele and 21 and he isn’t efficient enough in mid range to be able to effectively attack the defense from there. and fsu defense rotation was too good when he would kick out to a shooter off of a drive so they weren’t able to get any success off that. everybody in the comments and national media want to talk about how his teammates did nothing to help & they were bad i’m not gonna lie. but he is just as much to blame as well. no one thought fsu was going to win this game by 30 points. hell some thought murray st was gonna win. they were dumb for thinking that but they did. fsu deserves tons of credit tho
if FSU shoots like that from three they cannot be stopped. FSU is very good they only lost to duke and UNC in like the last month or so. and they are very cpaable of winning it all. they just arent very consistent agianst elite competition.
