Nah, I genuinely think they just didn't balance the game before releasing it. If you look, they have actually noted a bunch of changes to the game, such as lowering difficulty, giving more life potions, and removing souldrops from the cookie gacha, alongside filling in for resources that should have been collected previously. I doubt they are getting greedy, just that they started off wrong.
I do, however, believe that putting decor as a gacha system is pretty dumb. That's the one issue I have with the game that they definitely aren't fixing.
Overall, even after the proposed changes, I believe that Cookie Run Puzzle World is the best cookie run puzzle game. It just does everything right, especially where Witches Castle doesn't. No gacha, hardy any shop, and not annoyingly difficult levels.

I think the update will fix most of the biggest issues. They are removing souldrops from the cookie gacha, balancing levels, and fixing the life potion deficit. It definitely isn't everything, but it's sure in the right direction.
Hey on the bright side they’re fixing the gacha and giving a lot of rewards in the next update. Though the release date of the update scares me but I hope it’s not a troll.

I just played until I unlocked witchberry in my crk account, then I uninstalled witch's castle
The gacha is so ragequitting
The reroll is not from 500 gems, the smallest quantity is 300 gems (from my exprience)
I think that depends on what ur trying to reroll since sometimes u can get the option to reroll for residents and furniture but it’s more expensive for cookie reroll
Hot take but I actually like the Gacha system imo, the only problem is that it's hard to get Cookies which they will fix so other than that, i'm actually fine with the system, everytime I roll in the Gacha I always hope to get a Epic Citizen or Furniture and the gifts are useful for more coins and the chest can actually give you Cookies (I got Snow Sugar from there and honestly, I haven't stopped using the little guy ever since) so imo I get why people hate it but I don't mind personally
Totally agree. The rates absolutely suck but the actual system is really cool. I love the unique idea of making a gacha system a dice minigame! Sure it's annoying when you don't get anything, but given a bit better rates it could easily equal out.

If this continues, our CookieRun franchise may be over. Seriously.

Did you know if you get triple bonus you will get the bonus time? But its sucks too because you need to roll dice rapidly to get all the letter fullfilled and its very sucks becaus ethe time is limited and the point you need is not ten 💀😭
