Another thing is softball pitchers pitch A LOT and take more arm strength to pitch, like the whole windup thing. Today I was watching the softball playoffs game and the girl pitched 154 pitches, which gets really tiring for your arm. Baseball starting pitchers pitch like 80 pitches a game. Most pitches in a game by a mlb player is 235, for softball(COLLEGE I remind you) is 390.
