Focus on giving more and then present to your boss the extra value you are providing. Then you can work on negotiating your paying structure or find a new way of doing similar work and more pay. I hope this help you😊

I do not think that we can choose which kind of money flow we want. Some/ Most of us have to do work which we do not like, we just do it to survive and to pay the bills. And you also seem to forget: unpleasant work also has to be done. Who will do the unpleasant work? I like reading books - you get not properly paid for being lector/ copy editor and it is hard to enter that field. World of literature struggles very much. I like learning new languages. In my area I got exploited all the time, when it was me, who was teaching and not learning. I like going to theatre and opera. Wanted to write reviews. Did not get the job. I also like the cinema and going to movie theatres. I wanted to write reviews of the movies. Also did not get the job, even did not get an answer. Now I am taking care of older people - for a minimum wage. So the money I earn is not happy, as I am not happy, because obviously I am not doing what I like, but I am working only to buy food and to pay bills. In the evenings I am too tired, too exhausted to read or to watch a movie or to go to the theatre. I only go sleep.
maybe if you still need the money from your job because you have no other option.Try to love with what you do or try to find something that make you happy with your salary
@@septidwiutami688 Easier said than done... Try to love what you do... No this does not work. You can not choose to like something which you don't. I like the color pink - so I can not choose or convince myself to love the color blue. It is the same with the work. Of course, everybody of us, is looking to find something what they like - but your advive is again way easier said than done, as bills have to be paid and sometimes you get rejected for the jobs you like. My comment had the aim to point out, that in the real world it is more difficult than presented in those videos.

If you do not have the necessary certificats (which I do not have as I am in the struggle for survival) and deliver "paper", you can not get the jobs you like. You have to have a stunning CV - which I do not have. Furhtermore I experience more an more age-ism: People come to me and tell me: "Whaaaaaaat you are sooooooo old???? And have achieved nothing?". Of course one can say: Then move to another country, but also this is not that kind of easy, as I also have problems with my health... You see no topic to discuss in the commentary section of a TH-cam Channel...
