I'm on Social Security and struggle to make ends meet. I remember a few years ago when I was grocery shopping. No luxury items, just very basic necessities and some food for my cat. When I ran my bank card, it was declined. I had overdraft protection, so I was surprised, embarrassed, and defeated that it wouldn't clear. I apologized to the cashier and offered to put everything back. She said they'd take care of it, and I headed to the parking lot in tears, wondering how I could feed my cat. She was my main concern. I sat in my car for a few minutes to compose myself when the cashier came running out, telling me that I forgot my cart. I repeated that I couldn't pay for it. She then told me that someone else did and not to worry about it. I truly believe God sent me an earthbound angel that day, and I try to pay it forward when I can. God bless the folks who are able to help and do.❤

Many of the homeless, who are not there from mental illness, will have a lot more compassion for others than those who are not homeless. They have learned how important, kindness towards others, truly is. They also get that they don't deserve to receive if they aren't willing to give.

Homelessness is a different kind in U.s, she still have a nice car to live in compared to other homeless people in other countries. Either way, hope she and her baby is safe and got back on her feet with the money.
