I read that Ji Won is a very private actress.
So maybe if she had romantic relationship she will keep it from publicity. Unless a wedding maybe.
Soo Hyun already said that he's no plan to got married in a couple years. And Ji Won who just got her top fame probably more focus in her carrier now as she just 31 of age.
I think if they are dating maybe it's kind a go with the flow relationship which better run without publicity. As you know, Korean public can be harsh to their selebrity.

Yo me hago la misma pregunta porque tanto alboroto por las fotos y más si se sabe que están juntos y sus agencias nada de nada tan extraña la cultura coreana y su gente sobre sus actores si quieren ser felices por qué no lo hacen público y ya no los entiendo bueno es decisión de ellos pero da pena por lo menos a mi meda pena tener citas de esa manera 😊
