The price is not really low compared to places like Singapore or Hong Kong that has no space. Dubai has a big desert that can be almost endlessly construct new projects, constantly keeping the prices down. Central areas like Downtown / Burj Area will of course keep value and increase in value though.

I do not know much about Singapore and Hong kong but I can tell you it does not make any sense to compare Dubai’s prices with london, New York or toronto. Don’t get me wrong, Dubai is an amazing city & I love it. But I don’t think it’s an apple to apple comparison to compare it to western cities.
