You should be entitled to getting any money back that you paid to check your bag. My husband and I were at El Cid (just south of Puerto Morelos) last month for three weeks and our bag was delayed in Orlando for two days on our return. We received a refund. Have a great trip. Puerto Morelos is a terrific place to relax, especially this time of year.

Just found your channel as I’m planning to move to Puerto Morelos from USA later this year. Love your style of videography and nice to have the family with you! One note- you mentioned the candy in Mexico versus “North America”, but Mexico is part of North America :). Good thing to keep in mind so as not to offend Mexicans , but it’s a common mistake! Salud!

@@KNowWhat_KathyandScott thanks I can’t wait to move to Mexico! Have only been to Puerto Vallarta so far. Love that city but Puerto Morelos will be closer to Michigan and easier for my daughter to visit etc in my first year. Then who knows where I’ll go!
