That is why it threw you off a little. I had to watch it again too for the same reason.😁 But listen to the whole example again to catch it.

She is only able to Delete Contacts she doesn't own if the Contact's record owner is below her in the Role Hierarchy or if she were to have the "Modify All" permission.
