Actually, Virac is impressive. It's downtown area is compact, well-planned, it even has tall buildings (two are taller than those in the regional capital in Legazpi), it has a coastal boulevard. It is really well-planned, its planners have taste. I think better than the topsy-turvy Sorsogon City, better than the provincial Daet & Pili.
Yes virac is better than many cities like taaco, ligao and as you said, sorsogon. It is more prosperous and lively that catbalogan city, borongan city, mati city and other cities
I must say Daet is progressive but one of the dirtiest places in Bicol they should clean their community Pili has a huge population but there are still a lot of rural areas the only urban areas are the ones along the national highway
