I can confidently say that once you can make it to the late game, Nolan definitely falls off quite a bit unless you build more utility tanky items on him but he absolutely gets shredded and he runs quite slow tbh
Nolan is op but i doubt he will be used in jungle for tournaments , he is squishy and with current tank meta it wont hold too well. Thats my opinion tho

In my expirience he struggle to kill high mobility heroes like Lancelot, Hayabusa, Gusion, Fanny
