@hobbsbd822 - Actually, to my memory, he was in at least four games: Michael Jordan's Chaos In The Windy City (SNES); Michael Jordan In Flight (PC), NBA Street 2 (PS2) and NBA Live 2001 (PC).
I LOVE this game, i still play it too...I like to be Frank Thomas...my favorite "glitch" on this game is when you shot a 3 and he goes "terrible shot" and then it went in and he was like "cool shot!" hahaha
The truth is that this game and its first iteration never looked good - even in the time they came out. The graphics were very very watered down, the music was completely missing from the game's action and the announcer sounded like he had a cold. The controls were ok for the most part though. The Genesis version was overall better than the SNES'.
Heyyo, you want Magic, Jordan and Bird on Showtime NBA on NBC The Game? then pick them up on CHAMPTV. I have their stats that me and my cousin(dahitman23)made in the description section on my channel. Please rate them and let me know what you think about them, peace and enjoy.
Oh, this reminds me of the old days! I couldn't help but to remember all of the "duels" I had with a friend of mine in this game -- especially when we would bet on baseball/basketball cards (whoever wins the game, receives the stack of cards at the end; good cards, too; we would always place some of our "best cards" to make the stakes more exciting). Hitting threes at the end as "killers" was especially fun (for the winner, of course). This brought back fond memories!
I remember you could even modify the court. Meaning and my cousin played as Bill and Hillary on a slippery court. During one of the turnovers my Hillary player reversed to where it looked like she was doing the moonwalk. We laughed so hard that we almost lost the game lol
Seriously, dont knock this game, to the trolls of old classic gaming, back when this game was out, and it was 1992-1995, chicago bulls were the shit, and Pippen was my main man, and this game was played so much in arcades and on home console, snes days also the rappers back in the day 2pac and Biggie and even Wutang played this game, it was the hip hop's sports game, even Live still could not take this game down, NBA TE , when it first debut, with its popular commercial, this is a classic gem
Genesis actually looks and sounds better. But most Genesis games sound better than SNES ones anyways. Genesis also has in-game music too, and the sound effects don't sound like you're in a tunnel.
Whoever is playing sucks. I always played as Frank Thomas. The problem with this game(there weren't many but this is one that I didn't like) is that you couldn't have your computer person be a special character. I wanted to be Frank Thomas and have my #2 player be Will Smith but I couldn't because you could only have one special character unless you were two players.
@thehiphopzombie Skipping school and jacking up our parents' phone bill calling Nintendo's 900 number to get all these secret player codes. lol! I'll never forget using the internet for the first time thinking, "holy crap. All the codes are right here..."
i can think of one off the top of my head: space jam for ps1. actually, i googled a list now: Bulls -vs- Blazers Bulls -vs- Lakers Jordan -vs- Bird Lakers -vs- Celtics NBA Live '96 NBA Live 2000 NBA Live 2002 NBA Live 2003 NBA Live 2004 NBA Street Team USA Basketball
it actually had to do in this case with being in another video game. MJ already was in "chaos in the windy city" which prevented him from being in nba jam. thats why charles barkley and shaq werent in the nba jam SNES version (shut and jam and shaq fu)
i know every time before the quater ends, I always try and make the long shot, it goes in 75% of the time. Especially when i'm going up against my older bro he gets so annoyed when i make those. Good memories
Did you see the bit about the game being biased against the Bulls? One of the coders said in an interview that if the Bulls were playing the Pistons and tried a shot at the last second, it would always be a brick (if the game was close)
As Hillary would say, "Bill, stop giving other people facials!"
Who knew Bill could slam it home like that...oh wait...
Yeah, you don’t need the basketball court to know what that means
lmfao forever my favorite sound effetc
*gets pushed* Hooaugh!
and DJ Jazzy Jeff is also there in the console versions.
How can you play with two secret characters in one team in single player? I don't know how to do it..... I can play with one, but not with two....
waited to hear boomshakalaka but never heard it...
@hobbsbd822 -

2000, 2001, 2002 & 2003 all on Playstation?
hey can someone tell me why Michael Jordan was not in any of these NBA games? =[
I forgot how awesome this game was. The only sports game besides Mega Man Soccer I ever liked.
He doesn't suck, he just has both players mapped to one input.
I think I like Will Smith from Fresh Prince for NBA Jam: Tournament Edition.
Bill carried Hillary the whole first quarter
I think the Genesis version was more enjoyable -- like the original Arcade version. Still, good conversion on the SNES.
Team name - The Bullets. I see what you did there 😎
Clinton...with the facial *Marv Albert. voice*
hilary had a mean ass jump shot....lol
Bill was the best one in this game
Rofl!! i never knew about the clintons!

wtf with bj armstrongs face at the start?
The truth is that this game and its first iteration never looked good - even in the time they came out. The graphics were very very watered down, the music was completely missing from the game's action and the announcer sounded like he had a cold. The controls were ok for the most part though.

this brings back so many memories, before myspace, youtube, internet, MP3 players, so classic!
This isn't before the internet.
@@VogtTDtechnically it was because, DSL and fiber optic cable wasn’t existent.

mourning/ johnson own in this game
Armstrong sucks here.
The irony of the Clintons on a team called the Bullets is hard to escape...
How do you play as these characters and the Mortal Kombat characters in this game?
i know every time before the quater ends, I always try and make the long shot, it goes in 75% of the time. Especially when i'm going up against my older bro he gets so annoyed when i make those. Good memories
........why?
lol 3:26 backcourt violation
4:25 lol i used to hate that
Did you see the bit about the game being biased against the Bulls? One of the coders said in an interview that if the Bulls were playing the Pistons and tried a shot at the last second, it would always be a brick (if the game was close)
Shit is wild af
yea TE is way better
Better on the PS1
LOL I like that double steal play at 4:04, Hillary barely had the ball
I'll agree. The TE version has always felt a bit tougher than the original NBA Jam.
@ColorsBright yeah, I remember the arcade version!! We played it every day, it was killer!
Razzle Dazzle! bwahaha! reminds me of Orlando Jones "oooooh thats a razzle dazzle with a double dip *pause* vanilla funk!"
this was my fav game in the 90s man i miss my super nintendo they need to bring these thing back
such a sick roll on the underhanded 3/4 court shot buzzerbeater end of 3rd quarter.
LOL this is great... but damn graphics have come a LONG way man
The next Jam MUST have Presidents in it.
@thehiphopzombie this and jerry springer... love the 90s
Nowadays this whole game would be nothing but fouls.
