I love listening to foreign languages, so long as there are subtitles! Perhaps this is because English is my only language? Beautiful video, thank you!
She is extremely kind & sweet. Always with a smile! Their children are living proof of that & her dedication to be a good mother, wife & queen. Victoria is also really sweet, Sofia also, haven't met the others. The king isn't as entitled as you would think, and as many other royals are. He had to grow up fast & became king trough tragedy when he wasn't even 30 yet. People talk about queen Elisabeth II way to the throne. But king Carl Gustav had a dad who died in a dramatic plane crash when he was just a baby.
The Swedish Royal family is the most elegant, they always look well put together and all of them are extremely beautiful and handsome. Thank you so much for this video...it was a joy to watch.
I’ll always think that Princess Victoria’s dress is the most beautiful royal wedding dress I’ve ever seen. People always look to Duchess Catherine’s as the most beautiful but to me, it doesn’t hold a candle next to Victoria’s. Her dress will always look timeless. The colour was also perfect. Huge praise to the designer.
DlchMcV Oh I don't always look to Duchess Catherine only because it's Kate and it's the Brits and it's Westminster Abbey... The world is round and prominent royals aren't only English.😉 Now, as elegant and modern as Crown Princess Victoria's gown may have been, with all the glamour she celebrated through her natural radiance, the bridal look in general doesn't even come close to Princess Madeleine's, for me! Can't help it, that woman is a bombshell inside and out! 😲😍 Mesmerizing Madeleine looked like a modern-age Cinderella and brought her very own personality to the sublime Valentino design. Remember all those clever lace embroideries, the chaplet blossoms, the classy jewels and other delightful details? ... all that without looking over the top at all because her precious natural beauty carried the elaborate gown so effortlessly! - Perfection! 👏🏻 I vividly remember the princess entering the church and me...just willing to freeze the screen forever. In a nutshell, Sweden is blessed with three stunning princesses, each in her own way being a remarkable fashion idol (and I don't necessarily say that about royal ladies, some actually get just hyped for their name and rank)! FYI: In case you're interested, I put together a personal Pinterest album of the 2000s-2020s best royal wedding dresses including a variety of bridal looks that I'd love to hear your opinion on! 🙂 👉🏻pin.it/72w2qxb2crin4j
Louisa Waldorf It’s said that Duchess Catherine looked to Princess Grace’s wedding dress as a huge source of inspiration and it is clear to see that the dresses are very similar :)
Vicky 12 Your Pinterest board is very interesting and a wealth of information. We have very different tastes though. I see you prefer white dresses, mostly with a lot of lace. That is actually my least favourite...lol. But I really respect your opinion and all that work you did on your board!! I prefer ivory over white, and I’m not a big fan of lace. I fond it looks dated and it can make the dress look wrinkled when it’s actually the texture of the lace. A good example of this is Madeleine’s dress. She had lace from top to bottom and in some pictures her dress looks more wrinkly and crumpled than Princess Diana’s gown, and we all remember when she stepped out to go into the chirch and the fabric was crumpled everywhere! What were the designers thinking using a fabric that could wrinkle so easily on Diana’s dress?!?! Anyways for those reasons, I actually prefer Princess Mary of Denmark’s dress and Crown Princess Victoria’s dress. I do completely agree with you about Madeleine’s appearance though. She still made a dress I’m not naturally drawn to still look beautiul in my eyes because, well, she could show up in a paper bag and look drop-dead gorgeous. I like when she has her hair a little lighter, just a touch, but the dark hair with those eyes and that face...to me, she is the most beautiful royal ever. Actually, she and her Aunt Birgitta when she was a young princess. She was also such a beauty but that’s no surprise as Madeleine looks exactly like her aunt when Birgitta was young. I have a picture I saved from somewhere online and at first I thought he picture was of Madeleine but then I realized that the man in the picture was King Carl as a young man so of course it wasn’t, it was Princess Birgitta. I should upload it to my Pinterest so you can see it :) Anyhoo, you did a great job. I’ll change my profile pic to the one I usually have up on TH-cam and maybe you’ll see why lace and embellishments aren’t what I particularly prefer but I do see the beauty of some wedding dresses with lace. You mentioned Princess Claire of Belgium. I think her dress was gorgeous. Her entire look was just stunning (her husband’s look is another thing altogeher....he looked like a mess and always looks like a mess. How he came from Queen Paola is a mystery...she was breath-taking...sorry if that sounds mean, I was just a little taken aback seeing him standing next to her). Another dress and “look” I loved was the lady who married the Crown Prince of Greece. I think her name is Claire too and she and her two sisters move in royal circles. I can’t remember what her last name was but I believe she grew up in Britain. Tiny gorgeous thing with blonde hair and 5 kids or so!! How did she keep that gorgeous bikini body??? Let me know if you want to see that picture and thank you so much for linking me to your Royal Wedding Board!!! :)
Haha, the King is the typical GUY here: his wife is talking about this cute detail and that beautiful memory and he is just standing there and hopes that he can go fishing in a couple of minutes :D

They all have their own beauty but I guess it's easy to look beautiful when your diet, hair, make-up, clothing and accessories are all available on a daily basis.
This was absolutely wonderful! Yes, thank you for the English subtitles. I am fascinated by the King's uncle who could not marry until the baby was grown and married. His Lilian's wedding dress and headpiece looks very similar to Camilla's when she married Prince Charles. Much different stories, though. This family seems very close and very lovely.
They weren't allowed to marry. She was a "commoner" & seen as unsuitable. They were told the public would never accept it, so they kept it hidden. At first for everyone, later to the public until they realised that the public was for them to marry. And yes the family is really sweet, I haven't met madeleine, but everyone else is really kind, esp Victoria takes her role SO SO seriously. She really feels it to be absolutely necessary to have a good connection to the people. You just knew Daniel would be an awesome partner & Prince, no way she would make a bad choice for herself or Sweden and they were able to marry 100% for love. Every task she takes on, she is just incredibly dedicated & loved all around the world for the true interest she takes in a country, culture or issue. Diana has nothing on her..
Poor Prince Bertil...that was a cruel promise extract from him. Not being able to have children must be such a deep regret, to admit in such a public forum too. Beautiful how they still waited for each other for 30+ years. I’m so glad it was not too late for them to get their happy ending.
Thank you for this video. I loved watching Queen Silvia speak, she is half Brazilian from her mother’s side and she is my favorite Queen. No wonder, I am Brazilian born 🙂 🇧🇷🇨🇦
I could never wear them or I’d have two sprained or broken ankles, but I LOVE the shoes that Princess Sofia’s wore on her wedding day!! Those hearts are just too cute. It’s really nice that little details like that are shown in this exhibit that otherwise no one else would ever have known.
She has the cutest expression on her face, all through the wedding, and just about every other time too. This is the first time I saw the shoes, they are adorable, a sweet touch.
I wi really like princess mary's Wedding dress. I think that was so beautiful. There hasn't been very many wedding dresses in the royals that Impress me I really did not like Princess Diana's dress. It was too much.
Prince Bertil and Lilian waited 33 years! What a sad story! They looked very sad when he said that they had never got children because of this late wedding. This must be true love!😢
Princess Lillian and Prince Bertil truly sacrificed for the Swedish Royal Family. The family treated her as if she was married the entire time 33+ Nobel banquets and countless state visits
@@susanyco4063 Thank you for that information which I did not know. It is nice to know the Royal family appreciated their sacrifice and treated Lillian as the wife and helpmate that she was. Having a government sactioned ceremony does not make a person married in the true sense. The Biblical definition of Marriage is the coming together of two persons in the act of physical intimacy through sex, not a ceremony or vows. That is a very different take that surprised me, not really what I was taught. It is wonderful to know that Love though tested can prevail.
I am a Filipino but I love watching Swedish Royals eventhough I couldn't understand their language. Good thing there is a subtitle in this video 😊 Queen Silvia I think she is a very nice person and i like how she smiles very genuine. Love all of them but my most favorite is Princess Madeleine She is very beautiful.
This is one of the best movie of Swedish Royal Bridal History - I love it - like I loved to watch all the Royal Weddings since Queen Silvia - there I had been a teen !! From Germany with love 🌹 - you touched my heart - thank you !! 💗
Yes all my thanks for the subtitles in English for many years i follow all Scandinavian news . Understanding 30% . My admiration for Sylvia, Margareth ,Beatrix ,Sonja. All very intelligent Queens . Now the younger generation offer us there wonderful Celebrations Truly a wonderful Gift to the people. Thank you from an English lady Very attached to Bertil and Lillian. Welsh like my mother.
Love this! Thank you for the subtitles. Laughed at Valentino's pugs sitting on Princess Madeline's dress and at the last minute alterations to her dress while her Father was waiting!
Pär Engsheden absolutely outdid himself with Victoria’s dress. Just at a glance it’s obviously impeccably made and I never doubted it would stand the test of time. I’m even more impressed now that I know how much thought and effort went into making it so. In my opinion it’s far superior to both her mother’s Dior and Madeleine’s Valentino.
This Face Believes You...... I wonder why other Royal families as this one is not as well heard of as the Queen Elizabeth and her family and the legacies of them. I honestly didn’t even know there was a Swedish family.
Sharalynn Shanley I think it comes down to the former British Empire. Not all that long ago they were the Royal Family to dozens of nations all across the world. So even in places where that’s no longer the case there’s still a sense of shared history. It increases people’s interest in the BRF in particular. And the prevalence of the English language plays a part too. The majority of press coverage for each Royal family is in their national language. Since English is one of the most spoken languages in the world everything written or said about the BRF is accessible to a larger group of people. They are the “bigger bang for your buck” for news and tabloids. It also means if someone doesn’t don’t know the language they can’t really follow them no matter the level of interest.
This Face Believes You Very well put. As we in America are such a young country, the history of other countries interest me I just love to hear of something new. Thanks!
I remember them all. When the king married Silvia, I was 13 and watched it on TV with my grandma. I saw them having Victoria, Carl Philip and Madeleine, and I saw all of them getting married. I also very well remember the sacrifice of Prince Bertil. It was so sad. And I remember their marriage. Finally, after so many years.
I'm 84 years old and I've seen all the royal weddings and all the brides' dresses. They were all beautiful but none could hold a candle to Crown Princess Victoria's dress. It was sheer perfection in style and grace. And Victoria carried it off with elegance!
:: Tears of happiness :: Awww 🥰 This was so sweet. It’s been a long time since I was a bride. Thanks for reminding me of those feelings I felt too. Even though they are royalty, they are like us when it comes to enjoying that special day.
Thank you for the sub titles so we could know what was happening. All the wedding dresses were beautiful, but I loved the Crown Princess’s gown the most. She looked so happy, natural and beautiful
I loooove Crown Princess Victoria’s dress, so gorgeous. I was not a big fan of Sofia’s dress but I loved that they had the guests joining in during the gospel music at the wedding, that was very unique. Queen Silvia’s dress reminds me of Queen Maxima of the Netherlands’ dress, very similar designs.
How beautiful the whole thing from beginning to end.. Such wonderful love in a family.. Wedding dresses that are now a part of history.. Love extreme..
Oh dear this is awesome, I'm nine-years-old again, apparently!😊👏🏻 Thank you so much for uploading and subtitling, my friend! Greetings from Germany!😍 And if I may, Princess Madeleine is the one for me, not just regarding Swedish royals' bridal fashion but in comparison to any princess' wedding look these days Let's face it, the woman is a bombshell inside and out, she owns the image of a modern-day Cinderella whilst bringing her very own personality to her style, the most memorable look being that sublime Valentino creation. 😲👌🏻 The white colour highlighting her (hair & skin) type, the ball gown cut subtly showing her gorgeous figure, the magnificent lace-silk fabric featuring wonderful blossoms to match with her lovely chaplet that accompanied the simple tiara... The whole ensemble being topped off with matching jewels, glamorous hair and makeup that was on point and all that without looking over the top at all, carried effortlessly by this precious natural beauty... Perfection! 🙏🏻 I vividly remember the woman entering the church in it with me willing to freeze the screen forever. The girls are all jewels, but this effect didn't happen quite like that to me with any other dress! P.S. I once created a pinterest album about the 2000s best royal wedding gowns. Check it out!😊 👉🏻 Ich dachte, dass dir diese Pinnwand auf Pinterest gefallen könnte: pin.it/72w2qxb2crin4j (Those impressions are of course highly subjective ... just in case you'd like to take a look! 😊)
I remember the wedding day...in 1976! The same time I spent my holidays in Sweden! First for a few days in Stockholm. Then after in Dalarna! I collect so many postcards from the wedding! And I was so proud, that the bride was german. Okay, I was a 14 aged girl ❤️
Swedes definitely have taste. No British Royal would even wear a dress that shows their shoulders (too bad they stick to tradition). It’s very informative
Thank you so much for all of the time and effort you put into uploading these & providing English subtitles. I stumbled upon your channel by happy accident!
Wonderful video...I watch your channel a lot but most of the time don't understand very much of what is being said...thank you so very very much for the subtitles 😀
Watched for a second time What a wonderful idea to make such an intimate Family History to share with all those who follow your lives and Work . Queen Sylvia foundation based in New York . For Children protection from Sexual Abuse .Madeleine also assist her mother . I think she is preparing ,or has taken the role of PDG from the Queen; Thankyou for a highly professional documentary.
The most beautiful and so sweet. Sweden is lucky to have her represent Sweden in the States. Gives Sweden an idea of the swedes. I'm of Sweedish decent and makes me proud.
Hermoso documental ... a mi vestido también lo amo ... y lo mantengo guardado ... me encantaría saber bien como los mantienen guardados.... y en mi día me sentí toda una princesa
Princess Madeleine’s husband looks quite emotional at the alter. Who can blame him, she must be one of the most beautiful royals around. Have to admit though, the whole Swedish royal family, and those who married into it, all seem pretty exceptionally good looking.
Mannou Hana But he probably hasn’t seen the entire exhibit and probably didn’t know some details like about the myrtle being kept (the Queen seemed very surprised that it was preserved as well), and I’m sure he never knew what shoes they wore or the accessories worn. I’ll hazard a guess and say that the Kind isn’t entirely enthralled in those details but it made for a nicer interview with the Queen showing these things to the King than just talking to a camera.
I just like how the Swedish Royal's archives are stored in a Public Storage-like facility with just a key - no iris/biometric scans, no lasers to jump through, no big vaults, just a key. Hahaha.
I just love Princess Victoria’s gorgeous dress. It’s like what Meghan Markle’s dress aspires to be, but falls short. I know some people go crazy over it, but it looks rather ill fitting, in my eyes. I much prefer Princess Victoria’s dress.
Queen Silvia trying to remind or explain things to Carl Gustav whip obviously was not the least bit interested lol..... Very interesting programme. thank you
Most foreign, educated adults : in leadership positions, in professional careers, in business, and in banking, have learned to become fluent in proper English,, both spoken and written, with impeccable vocabulary, spelling, and grammar. English has become the language of business, commerce, and communication in the modern world. English has become the lingua franca for the past 60 years or so .I'm fluent in French and German, besides English. I can speak and read some other languages, but I 'm not fluent in these other languages, because I haven't grasped perfect grammar, perfect spelling, proper sentence structure and writing..My French fluency was essential in doing emergency medical missions in Haïti after the 2010 Haïtian Earthquake. I taught BDLS and ADLS to A&E physicians at Sri Ramachandra University in Chennai, India for CEMEX 2011. I had to become acquainted with British English spoken and written in this country, because they had once been under British rule.
Princess Desiree’s dress......was she named for Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte’s wife Desiree? The Cameo Crown is so beautiful! I think it is classier than one that is covered in gems.
I believe Desiree is a fairly common French name, meaning desired one I think. That Cameo crown is so unusual, I have heard that the king wanted viktoria to wear it. To me it is very stately.
@@lizh1988 ... I did not know that the name Desiree was a common name. I read the book by that name when I was 19 or 20 years old and thought the name was very pretty.
@@amethystanne4586 it is beautiful, and more rare in the US. I am not getting any info on French names I think, but in the US: www.babynameshub.com/girl-names/Desiree.html
If Prince Bertil would have lost his title by marrying a commoner, why not just marry and have children? Those children would not be able to challenge Carl Gustav for the throne anyways. Or would losing his title mean he could not be the regent anymore? Wasn’t Carl Gustav’s grandfather still alive? I need to read up on this further I think. It’s just such a sad story that two people who loved each other so much that they had to keep their relationship hush-hush for over 30 years, could not have the children it appears they both would have wanted. Also, why would he lose his title by marrying a commoner when Carl Gustav did it, then his 3 children also married commoners. Sad story.
DlchMcV Hopefully I can explain this correctly.... yes, the King (Carl Gustaf's grandfather) was still alive and he was completely against royals marrying non-royals, whoever married a commoner would lose his/her title and the right to the throne. If Carl Gustaf would have married Silvia when his grandfather was still alive, he would have also lost his right to the throne....Anyway, during this time, Carl Gustaf and Bertil were the ONLY two people who were in line to the Swedish throne (if I'm wrong, please someone correct me) but the big problem was that Carl Gustaf was still a little boy and the King was already really old so the ONLY one that could step in if the King died while Carl Gustaf was still too young was Bertil...if Bertil married Lilian, he would have lost his place to the throne and that would leave Carl Gustaf in BIG trouble if his grandfather died too early (basically it would mean the end of the Bernadotte Dynasty).... Bertil knew he had to sacrifice his love in order to secure the continuation of the Bernadotte Dynasty and the only time the continuation of the Bernadotte Dynasty would be truly secure was when Carl Gustaf had an heir, which is why Bertil only married Lilian once Carl Gustaf had gotten married (because it was obvious that he would have children now that he was married)......Of course, Carl Gustaf loved Bertil and made sure to grant him permission to marry Lilian and even made her a Princess. Bertil and Lilian have been a symbol of love ever since and it is said that they loved Victoria, Carl Philip and Madeleine as if they were their own children.
Victoria Westling Thank you for the explanation. It makes perfect sense now. I believe I read somewhere yesterday that Carl Gustav’s grandfather lived long enough to be “regent” for him so Bertil never had to step in. To me, that makes this story so much more sad because Bertil could have renounced his position and married Lilian after all. But that is only hindsight of course. Prince Bertil was so dutiful, he paid the price of not having any children to carry on his own legacy so that the Bernadotte royal house would carry on. I’m glad he was rewarded for his duty by being allowed to marry Lilian and her devotion was rewarded by a title. I think the head of monarchies now realize that if a member of the royal family are only meant to marry other royals, many marriages would not happen. With so many monarchies falling after WWI or WWII, marrying commoners is the only way for one to continue now. It also makes for a great story when a commoner attracts the eye of a prince (or princess) and a real-life fairytale occurs. :)
Glad there were English subtitles for those of us who don't speak Swedish! Tak!

I get all excited when I hear a word of Swedish sounding like the English word of same meaning, lol, since I know very little Swedish. 😁✌️
Looks like the Swedish Royals are the most good looking Royals.
I agree!
Specially the prince
Queen rania of jemen is gorgeous also Charlotte Casiraghi, and most of all queen of Bhutan Jetsun Pema
And down to earth too
@Noor Rashid Yes indeed very beautiful . as all brides on their wedding day are .
Love this! Thank you for the subtitles. Laughed at Valentino's pugs sitting on Princess Madeline's dress and at the last minute alterations to her dress while her Father was waiting!
in the green I'm not seeing any subtitles. How do I get them? Thanks!!
+Denise Campbell Click on the box that reads "CC" at the bottom of the screen.
This very beautiful. Each wedding was very special. And you could still see the love. God-bless all the families.
Victoria's dress is perfection!
Amazing how simple dresses looks . Show class. Simple chic .
Princess Victoria is such a lovely, lovely person
Oh dear this is awesome, I'm nine-years-old again, apparently!😊👏🏻 Thank you so much for uploading and subtitling, my friend! Greetings from Germany!😍
And if I may, Princess Madeleine is the one for me, not just regarding Swedish royals' bridal fashion but in comparison to any princess' wedding look these days Let's face it, the woman is a bombshell inside and out, she owns the image of a modern-day Cinderella whilst bringing her very own personality to her style, the most memorable look being that sublime Valentino creation.
Check it out!😊 👉🏻 Ich dachte, dass dir diese Pinnwand auf Pinterest gefallen könnte: pin.it/72w2qxb2crin4j
(Those impressions are of course highly subjective ... just in case you'd like to take a look! 😊)
Beautiful documentary about five very beautiful yet different wedding dresses belonging to the Swedish royal family.
I remember the wedding day...in 1976! The same time I spent my holidays in Sweden! First for a few days in Stockholm. Then after in Dalarna! I collect so many postcards from the wedding! And I was so proud, that the bride was german. Okay, I was a 14 aged girl ❤️
..."It was an incredibly nice day".....
Such a beautiful woman....so regal in her humility.
Swedes definitely have taste. No British Royal would even wear a dress that shows their shoulders (too bad they stick to tradition). It’s very informative
I beg very much kindly to disagree.
Meghans was ,
@@lindajones7219 not a royal. not British.
Catherine, Williams Catherine. Now that is beautiful. Is the gold dress with fantastic. Is gold finger indeed.
Thank you so much for all of the time and effort you put into uploading these & providing English subtitles. I stumbled upon your channel by happy accident!
Madeleine's wed dress is beautiful!
Sweden 🇸🇪 is a country that I can agree with. How very beautiful the dresses are..a classical romantic, my kind of romanticism! Sweden!
The history and the beautiful dresses and I absolutely love that the tiara was worn by several princesses on their wedding day.
Victoria was the most beautiful princess bride 👑just wow from her dress to her makeup
I didn't really care for Victoria's gown. I thought she should have worn something grander. She is the future queen. Just my opinion.
Wonderful video...I watch your channel a lot but most of the time don't understand very much of what is being said...thank you so very very much for the subtitles 😀
@Scandinavian Royalty: Thank you for the English captions! 👍🏻
I love the fact queen ingrid is the one who help the queen to choosing her dress. That show how queen ingrid love her nephew the king
Thank you for the subtitles!
Gives world a better look into Sweden.
Princess Madeleine is absolutely breathtaking beautiful!!
Just adore the Swedish royal family. Genuine.
Thank you so much for putting this up , as I always love seeing these documentaries with English subtitles. 😊❤️👍
The two songs sang on the wedding are beautiful.
Hermoso documental ... a mi vestido también lo amo ... y lo mantengo guardado ... me encantaría saber bien como los mantienen guardados.... y en mi día me sentí toda una princesa
Thank you so much for subtitles!
Ella Fitzgerald sung the song "Satin Doll". Her blue dress was beautiful. I like following the Swedish Royal Family.
the queen is a timeless beauty but Sophia is so humble
Such elegance and innate grace 🌹
Que hermoso documental, como se refleja el. Amor que se tienen 💖💐
Her majesty is such a pleasant woman
Princess Madeleine’s husband looks quite emotional at the alter. Who can blame him, she must be one of the most beautiful royals around. Have to admit though, the whole Swedish royal family, and those who married into it, all seem pretty exceptionally good looking.
Wonderful video, beautiful dresses.
I enjoyed this a lot. Thanks for uploading😍
I find it strange that the Queen is bringing the King through the exhibits as if he has no idea what his sisters and daughters had worn.
Mannou Hana But he probably hasn’t seen the entire exhibit and probably didn’t know some details like about the myrtle being kept (the Queen seemed very surprised that it was preserved as well), and I’m sure he never knew what shoes they wore or the accessories worn. I’ll hazard a guess and say that the Kind isn’t entirely enthralled in those details but it made for a nicer interview with the Queen showing these things to the King than just talking to a camera.
he's a man, not a woman interested in those kinds of details
They wedding dresses are most beautiful!
Oh my goodness. As brides Queen Silvia and her daughter Crown Princess Victoria look like twins!
Absolutely fascinating!
I enjoyed every moment. Thanks!
Beautiful gowns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aww I had no clue about Prince Bertil and Lillian, what a sacrifice they made!!!!
Loved this.....will watch it again soon! Thank you....
Prins Bertil och Prinssesan Lilian, fina människor. De har hittat varandra igen helt säkert.
I love this family... they are so nice too.
I just like how the Swedish Royal's archives are stored in a Public Storage-like facility with just a key - no iris/biometric scans, no lasers to jump through, no big vaults, just a key. Hahaha.
Love the video! Thank you for the English subtitles! GREAT history lesson!❤
I just love Princess Victoria’s gorgeous dress. It’s like what Meghan Markle’s dress aspires to be, but falls short. I know some people go crazy over it, but it looks rather ill fitting, in my eyes. I much prefer Princess Victoria’s dress.
I will say that proper alterations make the dress.
Queen Silvia trying to remind or explain things to Carl Gustav whip obviously was not the least bit interested lol..... Very interesting programme. thank you
Prince Bertie’s English is better than mine! Wow!
Most foreign, educated adults : in leadership positions, in professional careers, in business, and in banking, have learned to become fluent in proper English,, both spoken and written, with impeccable vocabulary, spelling, and grammar. English has become the language of business, commerce, and communication in the modern world.
English has become the lingua franca for the past 60 years or so
.I'm fluent in French and German, besides English.
Ida with baby is wonderful! You go girl!
Simple beautiful from the heart all of them that how I receive each of the dresses 👍♥️💯🎉
None of all the royals in Europe can compete with Queen Silvia in terms of her beauty when she was a bride.
I LIke it !! please upload more !
Beautiful gowns! We could learn something here!
I would like to see more Swedish designs!
I like crown princess Victoria dress simple but elegant 👸❤️
Wow great interesting,nd informative vdo ,👍👌
love this...thank-you for the sub-titles!!
I am not getting any info on French names I think, but in the US:

Beautiful women all of them 🌹
can't believe Valentinos dogs were on Madeleines dress :/ what a contrast to the designer of Victorias dress, that even cleaned the needles!
Thank you. Love the documentary.
Beautiful song at the end
Sad story.
Its called Duty to the Crown.
I agree. It's a beautiful love story, but heartbreaking as well.
i'm sure the bernadotte house would've found a way to keep there royalty and if they lost it, i'm sure it would've been ok too.
Its interesting that swedish people who are known as blonde blue eyed people have royalties who are predominantly brunets and brown eyed.
Bernadottes are not Swedish. Prinz Daniel is the first Swede, who has married into the family.
Thank you so mac
I love Mad's wed dress😀
Ohh how I love swedesh language it's like sweet song 💖💖💖💖💛💙💛💙💛💙Huge fan of Sweden 🇸🇪
The dress was the most beautiful dress.
I am in admiration for thé beauties you present.
