I work banquets at a hotel in the U.S. I just got home from working an Egyptian wedding and it was actually one of the neatest events that I have worked there. Very interesting and beautiful. I was glad to see it.

Honestly seems neither the bride nor the groom are Egyptians even the guests most of them seems Lebanese or something like that it is indeed a gorgeous wedding but I don’t call it Egyptian tbh from the choice of the entertainments to the alcohols!!! It’s not a trait in an Egyptian wedding to have alcohols so i guess the only Egyptian thing is the location only
There are wedding in egypts can costs millions of pounds so this one of them egyptians have wide culture every area have their own unique style in wedding but all have mutual of dancing and vibing so much even in english songs or techno or other weddings only egyptian songs but finally have the same characteristic these wedding can have a Lebanese wife or man so mixed culture

My friend’s 3-day wedding was the last wedding held in 2009 , in each night she wore 2 dresses , cost approximations was around 100K USD (if not the more ) , she got divorced few months ago 🤦🏻♀️ I am very sad for her.

It seems good but why did they choose a belly dancer who can hardly belly dance? I mean if they spent so much on everything, they should've invested in a good belly dancer, at least. That womens moves were hardly beginner level, belly dance moves.

So many differences between our weddings and their weddings.. Even the kind of music they listen to it's a whole other story hahaha!
