Bittersweet day! Congratulations on raising Luna to a healthy stage and ready for release! You did great with Tarzan, I’m sure Luna will do great too! Praying for the heart ache that comes with letting go to not be too rough on you! Love you! ❤
Such a sad video with this music. I thought when I saw the title that this is her last day in the most literal sense. Fortunately, she is alive. You are a very good person, I see how sad you are to part with her. It is a great pity that you have to let this girl go. I really hope that everything will be fine with her and she will live her little life in nature well. Good luck to both of you. From the other side of the world with best wishes. And excuse my English - I am writing through a translator.
Thank you for your kind words! Yes, she is very much alive and living the life she is intended to. It was very hard on us, but I know it’s what’s best for her. I will share her release video tomorrow! It’s pretty special 💕
I needed to hear that, thank you. It’s one of the hardest parts as a rehabber. You care for them for so long, constantly worry and then the day comes you have to let them be wild. It’s harder on me then it is on her 🥹
My heart is broken as i feel your pain. I alow opossums to use my garage over winter months and they come and go at their own will. Awesome animals. I rescued a baby squirrel a year ago and she didn't even have hair. I had to give her up after caring for her for a month so she could be ready to be released into the wild. Hardest thing ever to give them up. I hope luna is doing okay out there in the big world. Thank you for helping her out and giving her a chance. ❤
Oh, trust me, I would’ve loved that! She showed us daily how much she wanted to be wild. She was also perfectly healthy and needed to follow the life she was meant to have. Thank you so much watching her journey. I will share her release video soon 💕
Good luck to sweet Luna! We will be cheering for ya too.
Thank you so much 😊 💕
I've just seen two beautiful souls in this video!
thanks for your wonderful help. and many thanks for taking care of Luna.
Thank you! She was a blessing to care for and opened my eyes to the life of opossums. One of the most gentle and innocent animals 💕

Thank you 😊 💕🌙
she will never forget you :)

I know it's going to be hard on you, and thank you for taking care of this sweet soul. She's going to have a great life.
It’s always hard letting them go but knowing she’s healthy and strong makes it a little easier. Thank you for watching! 🥰

Thank you so much for understanding and sharing your story. It was a tough decision but Luna was ready! 🥹
So cute!
❤ 🙏
🥺❤
What if she wants to come back? I had three or 4 babies raised in my backyard without mom and at least one comes nightly to eat the food I put out.
That is so cool that you had one of yours come back 🥰 If Luna finds our place she is more than welcome to visit 💕💕🌙
So this is it huh? Really wanted her to be a permanent companion on this channel 😢

I wish those rodents would live longer, sadly i hate to deal with losses, other i would get a possum, they are wonderfull creatures.
