If you go watch a Rafis stream, you would realise he is not going for PP at all, just unranked and loved stuff. I doubt he'll go on a 'PP grind' anytime soon. Seriously, even Fils has a higher chance of getting #1 than Rafis at this point

PRiSMA The channel always writes "if ranked" and the pp amount if they were close to an fc. This play required them to apply both tags to the title.
