magsimula sa 7km per day another additional 1km, after 5days 12km to 15 km per day. Yong mga teacher subukan nyo mag training 4 to 5 months.. para malaman nyo na rigorous, rigid military training talaga..

7 km yung oval bale 7 rounds every day minimum. Tapos ang pacing jan mabilis na takbo.
