I don’t think people tend to change after having a vulnerable episode and vent or lash out in order to destress, they tend to do the same thing repetitively.
Now I’m sure you’re one that can learn from those experiences, which is great. But there’s gotta be an extent for people to go with rather than just thinking that being outright vulnerable is more of a strength than a weakness.

I hate when people try to claim the title of being a spokesperson for a specific group that they represent, in her case all women, and it ends up being someone that doesn’t know how to speak for the rest of us without completely missing the point and stooping down to the level of alpha male behaviour continuing the cycle by doing or saying the same things back, like making fun of people’s appearances etc. to try to make a point, and only managing to build an audience of other women with the same ideas thinking that it’s revolutionary when in reality it’s embarrassing for the rest of us with any sort of common sense.
