That H anchor. What if the axe shifts? What if the loop slides along the axe and cuts in the ski edge? A really questionable setup. A cord and some protection could have been used to equalise the skis to a master point. That would also mean the axe was available for work below the transition if necessary.
Regarding the T-anchor: Haven't needed to use one except for practice, but why the need for biners/quicklinks if you're rappelling on two strands? Climbers do it all the time when bailing (e.g. V-threads on ice routes where only a loop of 5-7mm cord is left). Is the problem that the sling is buried in snow and it can be hard to pull the rope through afterwards?
Agreed: Just tie the loop slightly longer from the T-Anchor so that the "anchor point" where you slide your abseil rope through is not buried in the snow.
Seems a waste of carabiners to me. Also couple of points on how you set the sling. 1. Bit har£ to tell from your video, but a channel needs to be cut for the sling and/or the rope, so that it runs flat. If it goes upwards from the piece of wood then it can lift the wood straight out when loaded. 2. The girth hitch will encourage the wood to rotate, and also pull out. If you’ve gone to the trouble of prepping some wood, why not drill two holes and put some old tat in, so it’s better balanced.

A somewhat cheaper option is to use quick-links instead of leaving carabiners.

That H anchor is asking for trouble. A little movement on the ice axe... Boom you're off.
I’ve used it with double ski poles which gives a greater overlap
