However, I want to find out if you kindly know if there are administrative roles for Senior Members that come with visa sponsorship?

Hello, I think you should visit the website jobs.ac.uk and see if they advertise any role for your level and then see the requirements. If they say individuals requiring visa should apply, then you are good to go.

Congratulations first of all, I would like to know about if I can work in any job once I finish my master's degree in UK and get a post graduate work visa, it doesn't have to be skilled job to be able to work legally in any job as a full time, right?
Also, is it easy to find a sponsored job after the 2 years post graduate work visa?
You can work in any job with a graduate visa. Getting a sponsored job depends on your industry, expertise and resilience 👍
