WOW! What a trip! Looks like you fellas will eat well tonight along with Kitty! Crappie, White Bass, Channel Cat, Largemouth Bass, and a Gar! That's Multi-Species fishing at it's BEST! Thanks for taking us along and don't forget to share some with Bandit as he put in a hard day's fishing too! 🤣
We really lucked out on this trip. Good wind and hot weather is what we like. And we really enjoyed catching 7 species. Bandit is an experienced veteran at fishing. Duane adopted him after he lost his master. His previous owner took him every time he went. He is well behaved and knows where to go to get out of the way. You will be seeing him more I'm sure. Thanks Sue for noticing the little things and giving us so much encouragement.
@@jerryrouth6115 Always! Ooh, I forgot to mention the drums ya'll caught! We used to take our Labs whenever we went boat fishing. They loved it as much as we did! We have 2 Boston Terriers now and both hate the water. I'm wanting another Lab really bad!
WOW Jerry, catfish, drum, crappie and whites what a trip. And three on at one time. Nothing like a good day on the lake. Thank you for taking me along. I had a great time as well. Your friend in Tennessee
After I watched the video clips I had no idea that I had caught 5 doubles!!!! And we actually caught 7 different species, the ones you show and a bass, gar and bluegill. Fun, fun, fun. Thanks again for coming along
Wow, talk about catching a mixed bag, you two sure did alright. I think you should take Bandit along with you all the time he seems to bring you good luck, not only did you boys catch a mess of fish you caught some pretty nice ones as well. It sure is fun when the fish hit fast and furious, that must have been a really fun day. Thanks for sharing another great trip, take care.
Todd, it was so great to catch fish on purpose instead of struggling with strange water conditions and abnormal weather. The variety was great, especially the gar LOL. Thanks for being one of my top supporters.
Daniel, we have had a difficult time getting on fish with the floods and bad weather but we lucked out this time. The strong wind and hot weather helped. Thanks for coming along and taking your time to participate in or channel.
Mike it was so great to fish normal lake levels and find fish where they are supposed to be. Some time make us some tarter sauce. I have a receipt I like but I am always looking for something different. Thanks as always and -- LOVE your channel.
It's the variety of fish you catch that make your videos so interesting and you didn't disappoint today. Well, except you spent the whole day out there without a thing to eat. And what about poor Bandit, could have starved out there. LOL. Thanks for a great video.
You were almost right Tim. We actually fished less than three hours and I slipped in a fried egg sandwich and a fresh peach. Bandit drank water from the palm of my hand and got two bites of the sandwich. Duane got left out LOL. Thanks again. By the way my wife and I were worried about you when the storm hit the coast.
Jerry this video was another successful trip. Multi- catches is your calling. my kind of a trip my fish cat fish, fish for family fish fry. crappie, white bass, catfish, black bass, and GAR for the enemy. One for every one, you did a good job . , Except you did not show the lure you bought for crappie. I kept looking for imfo to get one like it. a good plug..I really enjoy the trip and video, keep them coming . As alway its just me , Biob
Robert, the one I caught the fish on was the one hanging out of their mouths. It shows better on the white bass close-ups. The lure has been discontinued for several years and it is a Rick Clunn Lucky-E-Strike Freak. Thanks for your comments and thanks for coming along with me.
No question about this one being a multi species excursion Jerry. Good to see Pomme was cooperating and giving up crappie, white bass, largemouth, drum and a gar. Hope it only gets better as the lake stabilizes. Have a great week, Don
Sure miss the Thermocline Don, but it is getting better. I am hoping for a good September and October and then it's back to the Winter-Time bite. I have only been trolling for about 8 years and I am so fascinated by it. I wouldn't troll when my dad was alive and he loved it. How I wish I had learned more from him. The things we regret. I thought there was nothing to it and boy was I wrong. I'm behind on watching your channel but we have had several things take our time. I will get caught up after next week. Thanks again buddy.
I did have a good trip. It has been so difficult to make good videos with 4 months of flooded rivers and lakes. Thanks for coming along and I am looking forward to better fall fishing.
Sue we were using #5 and #6 Berkley Flicker Minnows and a new lure I was trying out called a Rick Clunn Lucky-E-Strike Freak which was discontinued several years ago. I found it on Ebay but can find them on other used outlets if you are lucky. Thanks for stopping by and never hesitate to ask any questions. We will try our best to answer them. Thanks again for your support.
Larry, we have struggled trolling with all the high water this year. We finally got to fish with normal water levels and that was the key factor in catching the fish. Thanks for watching our channel and for taking time to participate by commenting.
Thanks for the kind words John. I am going to a birthday party for a great old friend who will be turning 90 years young. He always liked for me to fish his ponds because I didn't keep any unless he wanted them and if he did, I always cleaned them for him. Thanks again for stopping by.
Those drummers showed up..... Nice catch on those crappie..... That's one lucky cat you've got to get fresh fish all the time.... That was a big long nose...... Stay At'um.....
Nice to fish normal lake levels for a change. I used to make silk lures and fish for gar. And I have caught dozens on crankbaits but this was my first one in Pomme. I am going to take a video clip of my cat eating white bass. Thanks again for you support and it will soon be the time of the year when I fish the way you fish.
It is so great to be able to fish in normal power pool water levels. We also were fortunate to catch seven species of fish. Thanks again Wayn for your loyal support.
Yes I have and often do. The courtesy docks are very good in the winter for crappie. I troll there too and in February I cast cranks into the bluff banks upstream from the launch ramp. Thanks again for you support and comments.
Cody, I am wondering too. I plan to go soon but I can't get away for the next few days. I suggest you log on to the Ozark Anglers Forum. That is where I go to get information. Thanks for coming along and taking time to comment.
Chris, it is called a Rick Clunn lucky-e-strike Freak. The lure has been discontinued for several years. I already had some in the larger sizes but hadn't tried them. Thanks for stopping by and taking time to comment.

I did have a good trip. It has been so difficult to make good videos with 4 months of flooded rivers and lakes. Thanks for coming along and I am looking forward to better fall fishing.
It has been wet, I live close to the Missouri River off Hwy 65. We’ve had plenty of water.

Winner winner pomme dinner
The Pomme Dinner was for my cat. She gets the White Bass. My brother took the Crappie and I get the videos LOL.
You ever fished near the Bolivar Park area on Pomme de terre? Been thinking about going up there sometime!
Yes I have and often do. The courtesy docks are very good in the winter for crappie. I troll there too and in February I cast cranks into the bluff banks upstream from the launch ramp. Thanks again for you support and comments.
Anyone know how Stockton is doing

What was the name of your little crankbait that you bought on the Internet ?
Chris, it is called a Rick Clunn lucky-e-strike Freak. The lure has been discontinued for several years. I already had some in the larger sizes but hadn't tried them. Thanks for stopping by and taking time to comment.
What was that lure?
Steve, it was a Rick Clunn Lucky-E-Strike Freak. Say that three times fast LOL. Thanks for watching FISH4FUN.
Thank you. I catch every show and have learned a lot.
