Farm Yarn's | Meet The Koenig's - Biodynamic potato farmers from NSW, Australia

We visited a biodynamic mixed farming operation on the Monaro, where Beatrice and Tobias Koenig use the principles of regenerative agriculture to grow more than 9 different varieties of potatoes, as well as holistically graze their herd of Angus. They believe that the key to promoting more sustainable agriculture is by educating the children and encouraging them to ask the right questions about where their food comes from.
