سب سے پلے مختارِ کُل کی تعریف پڑھتے ہیں : اہل اسلام کا ایمان ہے کہ اللہ جل شانہٗ نے آپ صلی اللہ و آلہ وسلّم کو زمین کے خزانوں کی چابیاں عطا فرمائیں آپ صلی اللہ و آلہ وسلّم کو قاسم بنایا اور آپ صلی اللہ و آلہ وسلّم جو بھی عطا فرماتے ہیں وہ اللہ کے حکم اور اس کی رضا کے مطابق ہوتا ہے، اللہ کا فضل ہی مسلمان کے لئے خزانہ ہوتا ہے۔
مختار کل کا مطلب یہ نہیں کہ آپ صلی اللہ و آلہ وسلّم ، اللہ کی مرضی کے خلاف جس کو جو چاہیں عطا فرما دیں ، یہ تشریح ان خود ساختہ مفسرین کی ہے جو درِ مصطفےٰ سے اہل ایمان کو ہٹانے کی سازش میں ملوث ہیں ۔ مختار کل کا مطلب ہے کہ جس کو جو بھی ملتا ہے اللہ کے حکم سے ملتا ہے اور اللہ کا حکم درِ مصطفےٰ صلی اللہ و آلہ وسلّم سے ہی نافذ ہوتا ہے ، ملنے کا ذریعہ درِ مصطفٰے ہی ہے ۔
وَ مَا نَقَمُوْۤا اِلَّاۤ اَنْ اَغْنٰهُمُ اللّٰهُ وَ رَسُوْلُهٗ مِنْ فَضْلِه ۔
ترجمہ : اور انہیں کیا برا لگا یہی نہ کہ اللہ و رسول نے انہیں اپنے فضل سے غنی کر دیا۔[پارہ ۱۰ ، سورۃ التوبہ ۷۴]
اس آیت کریمہ سے معلوم ہوا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلّم بھی لوگوں کو غنی اور مالدار فرماتے ہیں اور دوسروں کو غنی وہی کرتا ہے جو خود مالک و مختار ہوتا ہے۔
وَ مَاۤ اٰتٰكُمُ الرَّسُوْلُ فَخُذُوْهُ١ۗ وَ مَا نَهٰكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوْا ۔
ترجمہ : اور جو کچھ تمہیں رسول عطا فرمائیں وہ لو اور جس سے منع فرمائیں باز رہو۔ [پارہ ۲۸ ، سورۃ الحشر ۷]
اس آیت سے بھی معلوم ہوا کہ رسول صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلّم بہت کچھ عطا فر سکتے ہیں وہ شریعت کے احکام ہوں یا مال و دولت ہو،
وَ لَوْ اَنَّهُمْ رَضُوْا مَاۤ اٰتٰهُمُ اللّٰهُ وَ رَسُوْلُهٗ ۔
ترجمہ : اور کیا اچھا ہوتا اگر وہ اس پر راضی ہوتے جو اللہ و رسول نے ان کو دیا۔ [پارہ ۱۰ ، سورۃ التوبہ ۵۹۔چشتی]
اس آیت میں بھی حضور صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلّم کی عطا کا ذکر ہے۔ تو ہم مسلمانوں کا عقیدہ کہ حضور مختارِ کل ہیں۔ بعینہ قرآن پاک کے مطابق ہے۔
