It’s crazy how life has changed since I first discovered this song. I always come back to listen to it to make sure I’m the same young dude inside, despite the adult life trying to break me everyday
I was in college first hearing this. Things felt so different then. Wasn't even adulting yet; not paying car/mortgage/power/etc bills, education full time. Not a real care minus the weekly grind of subjects and tests. And now the whole existence of it all seems so foreign. Almost can barely recognize any similarities between me then and me now. Amazing what happens within a decades time.
Forever Fields I’m partially with you there. The new material within Halley Labs Associates still has a lot of emotion within it I think, but I think they have a hard time putting it into words anymore. It’s all boiled down to complex soundscapes, fluctuations, come-and-go passages. Feels almost as though it’s just meant to be interpreted by the creator themselves first and foremost. The days of The Queestons music though will always have a lasting place in my memory, though, because wow, Outsider in particular hits hard.
Once again I find myself back at this song, this time in 2021.. last time I heard this it put me in a headspace of mystical wonderment. This time it’s the same.. still one of the best tracks my repeat button has ever know.
I'm not even that big a fan of Techno, and I downloded this in a heartbeat. My buddy told me about Renard, I just didn't imagine he'd be this...awesome.
found this song over a decade ago when i was addicted to heroin, it really put me in my feels. 2022 now and life is so different, randomly thought about this song while driving to starbucks haha. it still puts me in my feels ❤
This song was originally by renard in an album called failure. While making the album, he admitted to being quite sad, but not admitting to what it was about.
For fuck sake I first heard this when I was introduced by a remix of the quickbrownfox then came to RENs page then after terrible ride and eggs I found this masterpiece.side note sounds close to botten Anna and I can walk on water by basshunter and some pads come In go at some same points as piano tune by bar 9 so ya love this fucking dope ass track.makes me cry almost and when almost to the end that pad and lyrics forcing its way back in the song makes me visualize sounds waves and uplifting circle like screwed up waves in my head wow
@thehappyhermitcrab Probilly, alot weird, awsome, epic movies can be made up with a glance at a pic. If you see what is drawn on the ground infront of it, tiss a heart. Words behind it, What You Do, nurse hat, can symbolise a scientist. Hmmmm oh i got an idead for a movie, ill call it SPLICE. XD

Me too. I wouldn't be here if I wasn't JUST ranting about Lapfox to my friends.
I cannot believe Homelander from the boys is a fan of The Queenstons
I wish the newer stuff still had these emotions.

Renard be using more auto tune than Lil' Wayne and some kinky ass lyrics..11/10 best artist ever xD
Actually, it's not his voice. He is notorious for using text to speech programs.
@@cassidyknight9566 except emma/ren is actually singing in this. There's obvious editing to the vocals, yes, but they are singing.

this song gives me vibes of "the killers if they were into that (;;;"
The Queenstons are Renard and Jackal Queenton.
What a conundrum, I can't tell if that thing would mean harm or help
