In My Opinion, Umeji: Martial Arts Club Hokuto: Science Club Hayanari: Sports Club Dairoku: Cooking Club Gaku: Art Club
I like the little detail of Ayano destroying Osana's phone so that they wouldn't find the message telling Osana that the saw is working and track it back to her, it's cool !!
I do wish Raibaru had different lines for a very obviously dead Osana, like if she's been dismembered, pulled into the fan, mindslave killed, set on fire, etc. "Are you hurt?! Wake up!" isn't exactly something you say to a charred corpse. It makes sense for poison, stab wounds (could just be injured and not dead), basically anything where the body isn't significantly mutilated, but something like a horrified scream and "OSANA! Oh my god, who did this?! I have to call the police. They won't get away with this, Osana, I swear!" (for murder excluding the mindslave) or "Oh god, how could this happen? I should have protected you... I'm so sorry..." (for a faked accident) then she calls the police and guards the body
Yeah I wish that the characters who do that(Senpai, Osana, Raibaru, Basu sisters) had different voice lines based off of how exactly the other one died
I think there should be a choice where Ayano doesn't kill Osana but instead cut her hair off. And since Osana thinks Raiberu was still behind her when she was using the blade, she will think Raiberu was the person who tried to kill her as she didn't see who it was that's behind her. Then their freindship would be over.

This is an amazingly well thought out concept. I love the incorporation of being stealthy during class time. Even if it's short it's effective in showing that Ayano can come up with a plan herself within a short amount of time. And nothing here seems out of place or unrealistic.

Raibru can say smth like “remember Osana we have the activity, and be careful! There are a lot of sharp objects..” to hint it in the morning. and ye just a cool idea

I think this works best for Kizana. Now with how Kizana treats Kokona and Tukoko, they both have a motive do thus to Kizana. You just have to make sure Kokona and Tukoko are in the same room, and once they leave, push Kizana in the table saw. Since Tukoko and Kokona are bith suspects, the police will not arrest either until they find out who did it. Then Genka will expell both students since they are suspects of murder.
