I can confirm this still works with V6.0.0. I've been sending Franko home with just a few tobacco leaves. I feel sorry for him but he keeps coming back so I guess he's ok. Our place is really starting to rock. -- update: cleaned out Franko many times and my survivors are spending their time well-fed and content. On non-Franko days there's plenty to trade. With this huge advantage I thought I could FINALLY grow some veggies. But even with this hack it still took me THIRTY ONE DAYS to harvest my first vegetables! Hard to see how growing veggies could be a viable strategy in any normal non-cheating scenario. Oh well, it is fun to finally play one non-desperate run of this game. I'm at the point where I think we'll be able to just stay home at nights until the cease-fire comes with maybe a few excursions to do good deeds around town. We've all got automatic rifles, the door is alarmed, and Roman on guard. Bandits have no chance against my fat and happy survivors. Thanks!
I was able to get my veggie operation up and running by day 25 or so, without Katia and w/o any exploits. It's pretty valuable to have a stable supply of veggies in the mid-to-late game as, when combined w/ 2 traps, it allows you to essentially no longer need to scavenge for food.

Mine on ps5 as of 2/29/24 says that he won’t accept 2 badges for 2 medications does that mean the glitch was patched or…..
So it is a bug in the trading of medicine and bandage. What if you don't have any? Put Katia in the final cut and she can't survive. LOL

Tried it on version 1.1.0 on android and it doesn't work its only for steam

Still working to this very day on steam 4.0.0 version. Pretty gamebreaking exploit.
