It seems to me that they should have allowed Darragh to keep playing after he beat Rebecca's amount of money. He had something like 13 seconds remaining on his clock, so he could have banked more money. It seems like they just assumed he wanted to take his money instead of keep playing. That said, he could have also gotten stuck in the vault if he was unable to answer additional questions correctly and leave the vault in that amount of time, in which case Rebecca still could have won.

So if nobody left in time, toss-up questions would be asked till someone gets it right. Then that person wins.

Split or Steal) style endgame, causing both to go home with nothing and the three other finalists get to split their winnings.

ABC or FOX should pick it up, CBS should stick to daytime game shows, and NBC would mess it up.
