Interesting.. I have two of those and never thought to open them up. Thanks for that. I really do like these temperature controllers they are super convenient!

Very cool. I recently bought 2 of these inkbirds (one WiFi and another without) for my freezer chest fermenter and Keezer. Nice to know they are well made on the inside as well.

Nice one think I’ll leave my ink bird as it is working, Sod’s law I’ll take it apart and it will stop working. Cheers

I recently bought one with the waterproof aquarium probe so I can leave it submerged in water/bottle in my kegerator. My old unit with the standard probe shown in this vlog started playing up & was reading 20c when the fridge was working flat out. Luckily the fridge controller stopped it from freezing. Think water must have got into the probe over time.

Be interested if you see the common fault with those. You'll get the controller momentarily flicker temp high/low and trigger your chiller on/off quickly without the hysteresis delaying things. Its killed a few fridges and chillers of mine so now i just have the standard inkbird STC controllers and don't see the same issue.

I use one. Absolutely indispensable. Setting up a fermentation fridge is easy too. Transforms the home brew experience and leads to great beer. For years I was at the mercy of ambient temperature. Accurate temperature control is everything in my opinion - and from my phone! I didn't take mine apart though! Just can't help yourself can you? 😂

I just got one of those for a kegerator project and now no need to pop open, thanks!

Also using a WiFi-308 for my climate chamber, together with a Tilt I can monitor and control the proces. Handy as I'm most of the week on the road.

Have a spare Non-WiFi 308 unit I've not used yet, was intrigued to see if it was the same main PCB without the WiFi module, but alas, it's a different board layout.

The numbers on the relays are how much amperage the relays are rated for at each voltages
