@@-Rint3ro-If you want an opinion on it I can give one. It's in my opinion one of the best Mangas to ever grace the earth; This Manga has made me reflect and think about a lot and story wise/character growth is 10/10 for me.
I read the whole manga in 1 day (Ikr, thts crazy but I just couldn’t stop reading) but I dont understand the ending. I mean is he now dead? The whole ending is looking terrible for him and I mean they said that there was an accident of 2 Japanese people. Aren’t these 2 people that one guy and Mori? Then in the last page has said the mangaka that he‘s alive? I hope so hard he‘s alive but Idk. Update after 2 months: Guys, I now understand what the ending is, finally, now I really understand how truly great this masterpiece was.
With the end of the manga, we see a panel that "The Immortal Katou Buntarou Died." Obviously, this was not true in a literal sense, as we see him climbing the mountain again at the end. But, it is true in a metaphorical sense. "The Immortal Katou Buntarou" is not just Mori himself. It is the legendary solo climber. That man is dead, and no longer exists in this world. Mori is no longer the boy we see at the beginning of the series, who seeks solitude and struggles to talk to anyone. He is no longer the boy who became The Immortal. The Immortal is the Mori that seeks solitude. The Immortal Katou Buntarou is dead. But now Katou Buntarou can live his own life. He still comes to mountains, but he isn't going to train for a bigger mountain, or trying to take on the biggest mountains he can, he's simply going to enjoy himself. He climbs a small rock, that would have been effortless for him before his trip to K2, and he struggles. He can hardly get up the path that the normal people around him are walking easily. As a climber, he is dead. But he is still someone who loves mountains. He is satisfied with the little rock he can climb now, because he has something more important than the mountains to go home to. He's become every bit the man Oonishi wanted him to be, someone who isn't bound to solitude. And so, he smiles. [Source: guy on reddit]
@@PUNIXT But how did he survived the K2? I mean everything was against him. The weather, the rope that he lost and his body was very exhausted. Isn’t it impossible for him in that state to go down? Or am I just wrong?
This masterpiece doesn't need animation. If even someone decides to animate the whole manga, it should be a decent studio with a high budget since messing it up is not an option.
CC ruined the hair animation😞
Try upscaling the panels
@@pointlessgamer2987 I wanted to capture the manga beauty that's why I didn't upscale
