We go to St.John almost every winter. It is the best!! Super casual, great restaurants, nice shopping area and the best beaches. It's not cheap but ots fantastic 😊
St. John also has great food. It was surprising when I went there in 2019. There are 4 or 5 amazing beaches on St. John. Definitely worth the extra cost imo
I started following you guys bc of your Vegas content but I am also loving the cruise content so much!! I feel like I need to head to the Virgin Islands now. I'm pretty sure RC has cruises that go through the ABC islands but for those who haven't been yet, I highly recommend Curacao for an extended stay if you love pretty beaches, snorkeling and yummy food. We rented a car and hit about 10 different beaches from north to south on the western part of the island. Of those I say head to mambo beach for easy snorkeling as there is a man made rock wall to stop the waves and the fishes can go through the rocks and around them. I saw lots of fish species and even small baby like squid with transparent shiny skin and dark spots. There are 3 levels of shopping and restaurants at mambo beach and also rental chairs that are not expensive at all. Also recommend Tugboat Beach, that place is incredible. Theres a treasure map of spots to hit, healthy coral and just a fun way to spend like 2 hours snorkeling and never get bored. The beach part is full of rocks and uncomfortable so just bring your noodle, floaty or life jacket to spend all your time in the water and do the treasure hunt and then move on to another beach. The drive up there was a little sketchy but trust me it's sooooo worth it. And finally do the Klein curaçao island excursion theres just a small number of boats that go out there, pretty cool island I spent hours in the water and here I saw a sting ray, flounder, sea urchin and maybe like 25+ different kinds of fish. We stayed in Willemstad at one of the many boutique hotels in that area, restaurants close by and moderate walking distance from Queen Emma bridge and more delicious restaurants there in otrabanda. For yummy native Caribbean food I recommend Jaanchie Restaurant. Also lion fish are an invasive species there so the locals fish and catch them to eat. Lionfish Caribbean is a really awesome restaurant that has only lion fish on their menu. I tried their platter of the lion fish prepared different ways, my favorite was the tartare and poke style. The prices there are similar to like what you would need for NYC or Vegas trip budget.
Wow thanks for the detailed review, we definitely need to look into that! We will be cruising to the ABC Islands in February/March of 2025 so hopefully we have enough time to add some of those things
@JoshRachael it was excellent i am from Canada and we can go to Cuba. People are amazing there. They really care if you are having a good time. The food is not great at the resorts but you go for the beaches and the people who are extremely poor.
Let us know your favorite beaches you have been to!
Orient Beach in St Maarten
Isla Mujeres has a nice beach. I do like some of the Bays in Huatulco too.
Any of the beaches in Maui. Mambo, Klein and Tugboat beach in Curacao. Gwangalli and Haeundae Beach (sunset or at night) in South Korea
Magens Bay 😍
@@2008israelramosYes, loved Isla Mujeres! But my #1 is Lindquist Beach, St Thomas!

@@JoshRachaelthats awesome, looking forward to more cruising and travel content! Enjoy❤
It’s not a Josh and Rachael cruise series until the red noses and sunglasses tan lines appear!

Great video! Plan to get to st. John in the future. Can’t wait to see what you guys think of the beach club, we loved it!
Loved it!!!
Our favorite souvenir is a koozie as well. 🤓
Haha that’s a good name there
We were there a few years ago. The beach is beautiful. Hopefully will be back soon.
It’s definitely one of our faves! 🥰
Wow!
🤩
So awesome. The spicy miso looks amazing!!
It was!
Love St Thomas! love St John too!! And really loved that shrimp burger 😅
It's such a tough choice between the two!
Love Trunk Bay. Did you guys get to see the sugar mills? So interesting...I love St. John's!!
We need more time in St John, loved it but didn’t have enough time to look beyond the beach
Another great video! I'm sure you will have answered this multiple times, where do u guys purchase your fantastic matching outfits? ❤
We usually find them at Amazon, not as matching pairs but conveniently they end up matching pretty well!
@JoshRachael yes they do! Merry Christmas to you both, and happy travels in 2025!
Most important question is do the beer cozys help float the beers......
They do not float so you have to stay sober enough to hold your beer 🤣
Great review 👍 do you’s remember what the price of chairs on trunk bay was? Our plan is 2 chairs and a bucket of Corona & chill.
If I recall, it was $5 per chair, but it’s also good to note there is a $5 recreational fee as it’s considered a national park!
Love your dress (the tropical one) any idea where you found it? Thanks
Amazon for the win!!

Did you guys make it to St Lucia on this trip as well ? I think that was my favourite .
Not on this itinerary!
Varadero, Cuba the bluest water you ever wanted to see.
I would love to go to Cuba. How was it?

@ maybe some day we can sneak there
I told my husband that is where I want to retire when we went to St. John
We could definitely see that, it’s truly magical!
Babiyo in Acapulco
We need to get to Mexico more
