This was good but I think the order was wrong. For me, it goes: - What are LinkedIn's current strategic choices? Specifically WTP & HTW - What does the world around LinkedIn look like? Competitors, Customers, etc. - How does a standalone app reinforce LinkedIn's WTP & HTW choices to strengthen its competitive position - What core problems does a standalone app solve for LinkedIn users and therefore what does a broad solution look like? - What is the expected ROI from launching this solution (market size, costs, monetization, data, etc.) - How can we execute from 0-1 and beyond?
