Lf namek goku was more like lf cooler both had a lock-in (one more toxic than the other), and then legends proceeds to release a unit afterward that completely counters them
My favorite unit of all time, his lf is amazing and his animations feel awesome and he's a fun character to use I love this guy please give him a plat this year 🙏🏼
The same thing that happened to Nameku v2 was the same thing that happened to Cooler LF Beasts at launch and the next unit takes them out of the meta in a brutal way

Yellow UI counters Namek Goku because he dodges his Green if he has Gauge, ignores his ki reduction if he dodges even once, and can avoid his Melee Blue if he has Gauge. Namek Goku wants to snowball and UI tells him no just like Janemba.
Last Pvp Season I Fineshed Top 500 Godly. My Team Is New Nameku, Red Beast And Pikkon. I Must Say...Sometimes Is Hard To Use Him Especially Against Janemba And UL Ui Counter Mecanics, But This Man Still Insane. He Really Got A Very Hard Treatment.
As a guy who’s spent at LEAST 20k cc on this festival and getting no UUI after 4-5 rotations, no beast after 3 rotations and no evoken after 3 rotations I still use that namek goku cause he’s fun I just remembered I did 3 rotations on bardock goku banner too AS A F2P PLAYER and got nothing
His problem is that the units on his team take the shine i guess. On namek saga ginyu is just gonna infinite combo so theres no need to use goku, on saiyans bardock and goku are gonna do what they do and on son-fam beast takes over. Hes good but the units on his teams are better in some form or way.
Strong individually. Curb stomped by the best team in the game by all 3 units. Gokock shred through their defense, Beast walls them off and Pikkon can eat their core breaker and slow their combos
they're good but LF cell can't be used in the meta right now LF 17 you aren't going to build him up for damage because he is your only tank and the Gammas well Uh Beast Gohan exist so ya
I think they make namekus inconsistent because of how it actually happened in the show (it was gokus first time being a ssj hence he wont know how to use it all the way)

Goku/Frieza still can be used if you have 17 and Ultra Hit they can still cook without a problems besides Ui Ultra But Hit deals with Ui

I personally do not know if that highlights intro was good or bad. He was struggling to kill Lf 17 second life and had to use the ult
