Thanks for this informative video. I have a question- You mentioned that a PG manages technology while a PA manages funds. Let’s say I am a merchant having a website. If I integrate with a PG, let’s say ICICI bank’s PG instead of a PA, then who manages the fund in that case?

Sir maine year 2021 me gateway ke through rs 1.65 lak payment kia tha jo successful hone ke bad bhi marchant ko nhi gya banks k chakkar kat k b dekh liye koi nhi bta pa rha psa kha gya.i think gateway payment fraud hota h.agr koi help ho to contact me plz
